GoogleCan't take customers details down correctly no matter how many times you spell a name. Allow gazumping after telling you - best and final is it, it's all about getting the transaction completed....all lies. A totally unreliable, unprofessional outfit. GoogleOllie from Ipswich has dealt with my house purchase and he has been fantastic the whole way through. GoogleFrom start to finish, I found Palmer and Partners to be professional and organised. My experience was largely with Andy and Olly, but my dealings with any of the team was positive and consistent. It is clear that all the staff are well trained and committed but also take pride in their work. My calls were always returned, advice given when asked and I always felt assured that my house sale was in good hands. Thanks in particular to Olly but also Andy for the professional pictures. GoogleMy partner & I have recently bought our first forever home. We were dealing with Ollie at Palmer & Partners. He is amazing. Very responsive & professional. GoogleI had difficulty finding a property at a price I could afford and arranged a lot of viewings through many estate agents but palmer and partners outshone the rest. Im particular Harry Cox showed me round many properties, was always friendly, helpful and professional. Considering P&P werent my estate agents I found Harry went the extra mile letting me know of properties he thought would suit. Yes you can say he was only trying to get a sale, but no other estate agents were doing this and Harry always came across as genuine and very patient with me turning down property after property. Harry should get promoted for representing P&P in such a helpful, conscientious and professional manner.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
