GoogleWe had a really positive experience of working with Lucy and Jan. Really good communication and moved things along quickly. They gave us what felt like an ambitious estimate, but it actually turned out to be closer to the final sale price than other agents estimated!

GoogleSold my house very quickly and was kept informed of the progress at all times. Big shout out to Claire who was super helpful and got us through all the hurdles and ups and downs . We chose Palmers as they had just sold my late parents house and we were very happy with their service so did not consider any other agent. Well done to all the team 👍

GoogleI found Palmer and Partners very easy to deal with. As I was selling a holiday home, they were completely responsible in showing people around and were able to negotiate on my behalf. Lucy particularly understood what I wanted and liaised closely with me. She was always available on the other end of the phone and was very friendly and approachable.

GoogleHamlett Millard was a great property manager for us. The landlord was quite difficult to deal with and we had to argue our case for a few important repairs, but Hamlett handled the communication well and assisted the best he could. The move in handover from Palmers Partners was quick and included a detailed inventory via a third party, which we got to review and make our own comments. This was quite important for protecting our deposit and we appreciate that Palmer and Partners does this, as we have found out the hard way that not all letting agencies do this lol. Our deposit did take a couple weeks longer to return, though from our understanding it was due to the landlord having a delay in communciation. We did get our full deposit back. Where Hamlett and the other staff were involved using Palmer's contractors, repairs were done well and quickly. The plumber used specifically by the landlord was less than ideal. Palmer Partners also do a 3 monthly Inspection check of the property, which is good in our eyes as it protects all parties, and any outstanding issues will be seen by a letting agent in person. Lynne, Megan, and Finley were also helpful. All 4 staff we dealt with were friendly. We give 4 stars because of the client they represented - the landlord. With a better landlord, we would've given 5 stars. If we ever moved back to Ipswich, we would let with Palmer and Partners again. All the best guys 😊
