GoogleStay Away!! Rented a property for 3 years. Throughout our entire time living there we had a disgusting and serious mould problem that was never fixed. Constantly having to hassle for any work to be done, both the landlord and agency would blame eachother for something not being done, have been lied to many times about things, the list goes on. Bearing in mind we had a newborn baby when we first moved into the property, when we first brought up the mould issue the advice we were given was to 'leave a window open a little bit', eventhough it was December. A disgusting and neglectful agency, I'm so glad I no longer have to deal with them. Edit: Of course according to them we are to blame. We hassled and hassled for the mould issue to be fixed and it never was. Then we were served an eviction notice because we refused to agree to the rent increase until the mould problem had been sorted. Now that the landlord wants to either sell or let the property out he has done work on the property. As you can see from the photos a mould issue like that doesn't happen overnight. But of course Palmer & Partners will deny any wrong doing.

The work on your property will go ahead as planned Update 13/04/22 Jasmine, Thank you for your updated photos one year on. We can see you are no longer a tenant and vacated the property in December 2021. As you are aware the landlord required possession of the property due to ongoing tenancy issues and declining access for the contractor to carryout the damp report remedial works. This matter could have been resolved sometime ago with your cooperation but unfortunately that was not forthcoming.

GoogleI recently completed on the sale of a property, which dragged on inexplicably for longer than expected. However, Chelsey Killington at Palmer and Partners was was great with chasing up enquiries, and getting information from the other parties. Much better than my own conveyancers did! She was very patient and understanding with my queries and the frustrations we came up against, but kept a good sense of humour about it all.

GoogleWell, where to start! Refreshing honest, kind, and caring estate agents... Both Lucy and Ollie have been absolute stars from the very get-go! From an open and honest valuation by Lucy, which had the property ready to be listed for sale the same day as the photographs were taken. To the property being sold after just a week! Which given the time of the year that it went to market is unheard of... Then, to Ollie's progression, which has been faultless as we were kept in the loop at every turn and actively reassuring the chain. I could not recommend Palmer and Partners Ipswich any higher as it's been a completely painless process.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOllie always responded promptly and chased up things when they were falling behind. He was quick to reassure us and provide support from beginning to end. The viewing was really helpful, we were allowed plenty of time to look around and were let in when we arrived earlier than our appointment time. It was also easy to arrange times to go back for other visits to measure up etc. Thank you Ollie and team :-)
