GoogleFrom viewing property until exchange/completion the team are exceptionally professional. Paul & Hayley go extra mile and make sure everything is ok. Communication through emails are sometimes quicker than WhatsApp text which is great.

GoogleGreat work from Paul helping me buy my first home. Chased the solicitor and gave me updates daily which really helped with the stress of moving. We got there eventually! Would recommend this estate agent!

GoogleCannot fault the service from Alfie and his extended team, great communication, great pressure on all parties to get my flat (BTL) sale through as quickly as possible. With any sale there were a few problems completely out of my and Palmer & Partners control, but they were all handled quickly and in the best and most efficient way. Would reccomend and use again. GoogleWe found out we could afford to move back in February so contacted Palmer and Partners straight away. James came over the very next day to take photographs and get the house listing ready to go on Rightmove. By the time we went live, the team had already arranged for at least 15 viewings for that weekend. Following the enquiries that came through from Rightmove, James then spent the best part of the Saturday showing people round our home and by the Monday we had 12 offers on the table. After accepting one of these offers, the team have progressed the sale quickly so we can move into our next home this week! We are so thankful for James and the whole team at Palmers for getting us sold quickly. Not to mention their proactive approach which meant we were able to gain well over asking price which was something we never dreamed possible! Thank you again to all!

I'm not local and as such really appreciated his time, patience and the many recommendations he made on areas and things to consider. GoogleAwful experience with Palmer and Partners! I have debated writing this review but now that it's effecting my sleep I think people should know. As a Tennant "you have the right to live without interruption" Palmer and partners failed to comply with those rights. Towards the end of my tenancy they decided to do viewings in my house without my permission because they belive I had already moved out, even though my tenancy didn't end for another 3 weeks. Not only did they do viewings without my permission they also left my property unlocked and curtains open with my valuable belongings inside . I have never in my life been so angry and distressed to go back to my house at 9pm as a woman on my own in the pitch black to find my house had been entered . After deciding not to phone the police and phone palmers in the morning I spoke to a director of the company who didn't seem to think it was a big deal and that it was human error. Human error not following the law and entering a property without permission? Oh and it doesn't stop there ... after being instructed to return our deposit in full by our landlord we still have only received half. Such and awful experience with the company with an email from the director "Dear Georgia, further to our conversation, I can only apologise for the error that happened, this was human error on our side and I would like to personally assure you that no-one will enter your property until I hear back from you in writing." And here I am 3 weeks later waiting for a reply to my response. Angry upset and invaded is all I can say .

GoogleWe had a 'bumpy ride', so to speak, when selling my flat; but the team from P&P did everything in their power to help. I'd like to thank the two Alfie's, James, Amy, Hayley (big thanks) and Paul (another big thanks) for their determination and professionalism. Our first buyer pulled out of the purchase and Amy/Hayley got me another accepted offer on the SAME DAY. Hayley (Sales Progressor) is very helpful, and when she went on annual leave, Paul (one of the partners who started the company) took over until exchange/completion and was extremely proactive in keeping us updated. One thing that also seems to set P&P apart from the rest is that they not only input a lot of effort into their sellers, but also their buyers as well. I find some agents can easily side with their seller, who are paying them the money, and inadvertently 'alienate' the buyer. You will not regret selling or buying through Palmer and Partners and their fees are very competitive. Thank you so much, from Marcus & Laura.

GoogleI have recently had an offer accepted on a property marketed by Palmers & Partners. It is early days yet but so far James Burrage has been very professional and efficient. I was able to arrange for a viewing the same day, and was slightly late but James was accommodating nonetheless. He has been updating me on a regular basis ensuring that I’m kept notified of the current stage making it a far less stressful purchase than how I imagined it to be. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable estate agent, James is definitely the one to go to! You’ll be in safe hands.

GoogleWe have been more than happy with the service received from Palmer & Partners and James in particular, for our house sale. From the initial valuation, which resulted in the property uploaded to Rightmove by that afternoon, through to the numerous viewings they organised within days, to the negotiation, where we ended up with more we than hoped for, and finally to the sale, which is due to complete in a couple of days. Communication has been brilliant and all queries or questions answered quickly. All in all, a really good experience and we would recommend Palmer & Partners and James to anyone wishing to have a positive house selling experience.

GoogleI would 100% recommend Paul Devereux, Hayley and their colleagues at Palmer & Partners who conducted the sale of my late fathers property. The team were professional from the start and went about the management of the sale in a very efficient manor. They prompted the solicitor when needed without me needing to involve myself and I was kept updated at all times. GoogleI unexpectedly needed to terminate my tenancy and Palmers were the letting agency. As soon as I telephoned them with my requirements they took total control of the situation with efficiency, compassion and huge amounts of kindness. I am grateful to everyone I dealt with at Palmers, but must mention Rachel, who has gone above and beyond to keep me on track and continually kept me up to date with progress, knowing that I was very anxious. If I ever need to use an estate agent, or letting agent my first and only port of call would be Palmers in Colchester. Thank you all of you involved, from the bottom of my heart.
