There was initial confusion and frustration with the marketing and sales but since James took over my sale, I was very pleased with the service that was provided. He was always approachable and dealt with my queries in an efficient and professional way. My thanks for the patience and understanding shown, especially James for his commitment and dedication. After encountering a "difficult" landlord who pulled out of the move 2 days before I was supposed to move in, Sophie and the team made the move still possible by finding me a different property. GooglePalmer and Partners sold my house within 48 hours. A special thank you to Perran the photographer, he achieved some outstanding shots. Both Alfie and Paul continued to update the events and progress daily which calmed my nerves particularly towards exchange of contracts. At no point did I feel overwhelmed because of their calm approach and everything was always explained fully. GoogleI have just had the stressful experience of selling a property for an elderly relative who has gone into a care home. Things were made even more difficult by the fact that I live 300 miles away. But Palmer & Partners couldn't have been more helpful , taking on things like getting local tradesmen to carry out necessary repairs before the sale could be completed, which would have been extremely difficult for me at that distance. All their staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful and I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property. Their service cannot be bettered.
