GoogleOaks estate agents were great from the very start of the process, we would highly recommend them, Montel was also great at keeping us updated and helping smooth the process as we hit some bumps in the road just before exchange, but Montel and oaks estate agents went above and beyond to get the sale of our house over the line.

We got an amazing price for our flat in hardly no time at all...they have a handy whatsapp group you can use for all your enquiries, no more annoying back and forth emails. Someone always answers the phone when you call straight away. They're a great bunch of guys who get the job done professionally. GoogleMoving is the most stressful experience that anyone could go through but Dane Reynolds put so much reassurance and gave us so much updates on the progress on the whole move. I honestly cannot fault how attentive and efficient he is. If you ever get Dane as your estate agent, just know that you'll be in good hands. Thank you is not enough to express how great he is. Definitely will be going with Oaks if ever we move again.

GoogleWe sold our flat through Oaks Estate Agents and had a great experience overall. Montel and the team were absolutely brilliant, professional, responsive, and supportive throughout. Despite a terrible solicitor at the bottom of the chain causing significant delays and frustration, Montel remained proactive and kept us informed every step of the way. His persistence and calm approach made a stressful process much more manageable. Would definitely recommend Oaks, especially if you’re looking for an estate agent who stays on top of things even when others in the chain fall short.

GoogleA massive thanks to Dane from the Oaks branch located at South Norwood, in assisting myself and wife in purchasing our desired home. He was extremely helpful from initial booking of appointment to viewing the property and negotiating our eventual offer for it to be accepted by the seller. We had to sell our flat in order to make our purchase and our initial buyer pulled out which made us fearful of losing the purchase property from Oaks. But Dane was able to assist with communicating our intent to proceed with the purchase to the seller and able to give us grace to be able to get another buyer for our flat with 2 weeks. We are forever grateful to Dane/seller for giving us grace in order to get a 2nd buyer for our flat, to proceed with purchasing the property through him. This was the ideal home for us, when compared to all other properties on sale at that period in our searches through multiple estates agents. Dane also gave loads of advice (selling a leasehold flat in our case) and would periodically check in to let myself be aware of how the exchanging process was progressing and stayed in constant contact with the agents selling my flat. This was the first time my wife and I ever sold and bought a property at the same time, so was extremely anxious with the process. But overall we were thankful and grateful to have had the blessings of knowledgeable and proficient individuals from both Dane and the agent that sold our flat. Dane is a great representative for Oaks and always willing to help, all you have to do is ask. Thanks again for being apart of our journey in making our Completion date 31/07/2025…

GoogleI cannot praise these guys enough. From start to completion, they made my sale as seemless as possible. I was lucky enough to deal with a young man called Montel. He kept me informed every step of the way and even dealt with a very difficult management company on my behalf. They are friendly and approachable but very professional. It's a shame every town doesn't have a team Oaks (South Norwood) as I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Thank you team Oaks *****

The agency didn’t bother turning up to my arranged viewing. Communication was awful to advise what was going on. Told ‘he’s 2 minutes away’ and still wasn’t there after 15 minutes. Having viewed the advert after it showed as ‘sold subject to contract’ so they clearly just didn’t bother turning up as the property had sold. All it would have taken was an email or phone call to say the property had been taken off the market. If this is what they’re like for arranging a viewing I dread to think if you are buying or selling through them. Will avoid this agency moving forwards.
