GoogleVas from Oaks Tulse Hill was exceptional in his support and advice helping me find my perfect first flat to purchase. He listened to my needs and wants without being pushy and actually found me the perfect place. I’d highly recommend Vas and Oaks as an excellent and patient estate agent without the pushy-ness that I’ve experienced with some others.

GoogleIn a transaction it is so important to have a good solicitor and a good agent. If you are looking to choose and estate agent in Croydon then Luca is fantastic, he is so persistent at chasing the chain and getting the right result for the client. Without his help there are 4 families who would not be in their new home right now - He was a pleasure to work with.

GoogleWe’re so grateful to Ollie at Oaks Estate Agents South Norwood for working so hard at finding us suitable properties and for being so patient with us on the journey, he was so personable and it always felt like he really had our back which was much appreciated at a time that’s generally pretty stressful! We’re also grateful to Oaks in general for how they handled the selling of our property and how quickly they managed to sort it all! Thanks so much guys!

GoogleHighly recommended! Ollie and Daniel have been great throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer things can get stressful but they both made sure I was well looked after from start to finish! Used other agents in the area of South London, but couldn’t be more happy I went with Oaks! Thank you again.

GoogleThe team at Oaks have nothing short of INCREDIBLE. Seriously, can't recommend them enough. They don't just talk the talk - they walk the walk! We had been with a different estate agent in South Norwood and had an offer on our house which fell through (admittedly not their fault) but things just seem to go downhill after that. We decided to change to Oaks and thank God we did. Daniel, Dane and the rest of the team sold the house within 5 weeks, as promised. Couldn't be happier.

GoogleA very big thank you to Daniel and the team for their enthusiasm and hard work. I would definitely recommend Oaks in South Norwood to anyone buying or selling in the area.

GoogleWhilst I was in correspondence with a few of the team members at Oaks I want to particularly thank Josh who has been incredible from finding us tenants all the way through preparing for and eventually handing over keys to our tenants. Josh was so lovely, very responsive and just made the entire process stress free. I am very grateful! Thank you Josh

GoogleOaks Estate Agents in Addiscombe have been fantastic from start to finish! Mason was so incredibly knowledgeable about the selling market and the local area and gave great advice from when he first came to value my property. From then on the whole team worked really hard to sell my home, always keeping me informed following viewings and helping me throughout the process. Luca has been amazing with making the process run as smooth as possible and was always full of enthusiasm for each viewing. They have been at the end of the phone whenever I have needed them and have always gone above and beyond to make this process as stress free as possible. They truly are a great team at Oaks in Addiscombe and I am immensely grateful to them for all their hard work. Thank you!

GoogleI recently purchased a house as part of our property investment portfolio, working with Courtney. Courtney has been amazing through every step of the property purchase. She understood what I was looking for straight away and lined up viewings with suitable properties in one day. She then worked really well with both sets of solicitors to move us to completion in just over 1 month. She communicated everything clearly and made sure everything moved smoothly so we had no delays. I highly recommend working with Courntey if you are looking to purchase a property in the area.
Hi Shah, A big thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Well done on such a swift exchange! You really demonstrated just how straightforward purchasing an empty freehold property can be. Thank you for the kind words on Courtney, she's fantastic! Thank you, James Byrne Managing Director

GoogleOaks have been fantastic with our house move - we really couldn't recommend them highly enough. The challenge we set them was to sell ours and my parent's house in the same time frame and to push through our sale in time for the start of the school year in September. Through various challenges they delivered. Despite the war in Iran and the mortgage rate rises cooling the market they got a great price for our house which enabled us to move to our dream home. Their communication was excellent and they were proactive throughout the entire process - talking us through the process and talking us down when we were getting stressed. Luca in particular deserves special praise - he was like a dog with a bone pushing the sluggishly slow people up and down the chain to speed up and make our target date. If we were selling in Croydon again we'd go with them without hesitation.
Hi Daniel, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. Selling two family homes within the same timeframe, while working towards the all-important deadline of the new school year, was certainly a challenge, so we’re delighted that we were able to deliver for you despite everything the market threw our way! It’s especially great to hear your comments about our communication and proactive approach throughout the process. Moving home can be stressful at the best of times, and keeping everyone informed and the chain moving is such an important part of what we do. Luca will be absolutely thrilled with the special mention and it’s great to hear that his persistence helped get everything over the line in time. Most importantly, congratulations on your dream home. We wish you and your family many happy years there, and thank you again for trusting Oaks with both moves and for recommending us so highly. Thank you, James Byrne Managing Director
