Andree and his team set the standard for what you want from an estate agent when selling your home. When we first met, he promised he would find a buyer for my property, a former council home, and he delivered. I moved to Oaks after my previous agent failed to secure a single viewing in six weeks. Oaks arranged viewings every week. Communication was excellent throughout. They set up a WhatsApp group with me and my partner, which made everything quick, clear, and professional. The team also worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale progressed smoothly right to the end, making sure no communication was missed between the legal teams and that everything stayed on track. I would highly recommend Oaks Tulse Hill.

Our experience of selling our property with Oaks was excellent. Mason and his team did an amazing job from the first visit and valuation onwards. They were personable, friendly and professional. We found the group viewings on weekends especially convenient, and the communication via WhatsApp was great. Our property was sold within two weeks, but then Tyler kept on top of everything, helping to keep the wheels turning with regular contact with our buyers, the other estate agents in the chain and the various solicitors involved. A gold star service all round.

We recently sold our flat with Oaks Tulse Hill and the entire process from valuation to completion has been made so much easier with our agents. The whole team are polite, cheerful and professional. After a lack of movement and bad practices from another Estate agent I approached Oaks Estate Agents at Tulse hill, I asked them to come to view my property & tell me what needs addressing in their view to sell it. They were extremely proactive in our dealings keeping me informed every step of the way and not distant and aloof like the previous agent. After every viewing they updated us on what the prospective buyers had said good or bad about the property. After following their advice about being realistic with the pricing it was relaunched and a buyer was found in no time, I really can't thank Mason and Conol enough for going the extra mile and being on hand when ever I needed them a 1st class experience from a very professional proactive company. With out their intervention I'd still be twiddling my thumbs hanging out for a sale that wasn't coming instead I've now completed and I'm moving onto pastures new thanks to Oaks Estate Agents and their wonderful team of Mason and Conol.
