I've not been a fan of estate agents in general, having planned to sell my leasehold on my own through those self-managed platforms, to maximise my own profit. But the team at Oaks Estate Agent, were well worth the cost, having delivered beyond expectations. I went with Oaks due to the sheer persistence of Mason, and then Tyler and Luca did all the work of showing potential buyers around, taking all that stress away from me. Then I ended up accepting an offer for higher than I expected, thanks to the skilful negotiation work of Conal. During the sale process, their recommended solicitor, while more expensive than the price-compare websites online, helped ensure that we went from accepted offer to completion for a chain-free leasehold in just over 5 weeks, in time for the SDLT change.

There aren't many places that have the level of conscientiousness and diligence that Oaks have proved to have. Couldn't be happier with the service I received, and when I decide to move again, Oaks have done enough for me to not look anywhere else. A nice touch with the 'Welcome Home' mugs they bought us when we had fully moved in. (Although would have preferred a more neutral colour, but the bright red makes my wife happy so I can't really complain).

Great experience with Oaks Tulse Hill. Mason and Conal handled a complicated sale with great patience and skill. They are very experienced with selling properties in the area. They were friendly and took the time to chat through my concerns with me. Great comms in person and on WhatsApp. A much more personal touch than I've had with some of the bigger more corporate chains. When it looked like my purchase might fall through they hooked me up with their colleagues in another office who arranged a bunch of viewings in South Norwood for me, which was also a great experience. I would definitely use them again!
