GoogleThere aren't many places that have the level of conscientiousness and diligence that Oaks have proved to have. Couldn't be happier with the service I received, and when I decide to move again, Oaks have done enough for me to not look anywhere else. A nice touch with the 'Welcome Home' mugs they bought us when we had fully moved in. (Although would have preferred a more neutral colour, but the bright red makes my wife happy so I can't really complain).

GoogleGreat experience with Oaks Tulse Hill. Mason and Conal handled a complicated sale with great patience and skill. They are very experienced with selling properties in the area. They were friendly and took the time to chat through my concerns with me. Great comms in person and on WhatsApp. A much more personal touch than I've had with some of the bigger more corporate chains. When it looked like my purchase might fall through they hooked me up with their colleagues in another office who arranged a bunch of viewings in South Norwood for me, which was also a great experience. I would definitely use them again!

GoogleAfter being on the market with another agent for months, we only had two viewings, we didn’t think we’d ever sell. Oaks knocked on our door, letting us know they had an applicant miss out on a property just like ours. We handed our notice in with our current agency, allowed Oaks to do a one off viewing&fast forward two months… My family are now in our forever home!
