GoogleI have been using Oaks to rent a flat for the last 18 months after many issues with my last agent. Oaks are on the ball and found a great tenant who has just renewed her tenancy. If you are looking to rent a property I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI've had a flat that's been managed by Oaks Estate Agents and the whole process has been great. Especially the property manager Monika, she's been incredibly easy to reach and helpful. My move in has been made considerably better with her there to support when needed.

FacebookI wouldn't recommend, their head of property management, is very verbally abusive to people online and uses derogotory slurs relating to women, LGBTQ, and race. You should fire him before he continues to misrepresent your organisation online. He's bringing your image down with his bad behaviour!

GoogleI’ve been a tenant renting a property managed by Oaks for about 4 months and can only say good things. In particular, our property is managed by Monika who is always quick to reply, really efficient in helping out with things and super easy to work with.

TrustpilotAvoid this estate agent at all cost
Avoid this estate agent as they are among the least competent in the industry. Save your money and time by steering clear of them. After being involved in a deal for three months, we ultimately decided to withdraw. The agents are unresponsive and conceal many anomalies of the houses. Their primary aim seems to be putting "sold" signs in front of houses to secure their commissions. Therefore, please beware!

Horrible experience viewing property with them. More time spent in boasting about 15yr experience rather than understanding the requirements. Also denied a viewing because I left a 1 star review after the experience. Awful experience!

GoogleWhen our washer dryer stopped working just before Christmas we contacted Oaks Estate agents and they quickly resolved the problem by contacting the landlord. once the replacement machine was installed Alison contacted us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We were very appreciative of their quick response.
