I had an awful experience buying a house through Oaks. We were lied to during the viewing about what was included in the sale. And during the process of purchase we were continually lied to and inappropriately pressured and threatened that we would loose the property if we didn't provide documents by certain dates.

GoogleJust exchanged on our flat. Oaks were fantastic, it has been a tricky time to sell but we had an offer at asking price within two weeks. The guys were very helpful and worked around us as we have two young children at home. Really thankful for how smoothly everything has gone.

GoogleAfter a lot of promises & sales patter they amounted to nothing. Very poor customer service. Even after complaining we heard nothing for weeks. I’d avoid if you want a proactive estate agent.
