GoogleAlthough they were not hired by me but by my seller, Charlotte and the whole team at Oaks was fantastic, chasing agents, solicitors and management companies daily in order to progress with the sale/purchase tricky chain (2 exchanges and completions on the same day!) as fast possible. Without them I would probably be still waiting for the process and issues to be solved. Thank you guys!

GoogleI had a non-standard sale to deal with which took 2 years from the time of initial valuation to actually being put on the market. The staff at Oaks, particularly Gabriel Okafor, were nothing but patient, helpful and understanding during this difficult time. Once the property was on the market, I was kept fully informed of viewings and any offers made and loved the fact that Gabriel was tenacious in keeping the solicitors on both sides on their toes so that delays in the sales process were kept to a minimum. At every stage I was made to feel that I was a valued and important client. Gabriel's friendly personality and totally professional attitude have restored my faith in estate agents!

GoogleHad 2 flats for sale through Oaks, they sold both and gave us a fantastic service throughout. Always there if we had any questions and Elias is a very polite and professional person to deal with. Gabriel the manager was at hand to smooth over any small problems and most impressively they managed to get from offer accepted to completion in just 6 weeks !! well done guys, and a huge thank you. Cant wait fro your Croydon branch to open so we can do some more business together.

GoogleWe chose to sell our flat in Streatham (in Summer 2017) through Oaks because we were impressed at their performance in the area. The staff we dealt with were impressively hard-working and courteous. Frequency and ease of communication was excellent throughout. Once offers had been made and accepted, Oaks were surprisingly pro-active and helpful in the steps towards completion, too. It was a refreshing experience compared to other estate agents I've dealt with in the past. We would recommend.

GoogleThe team at Oaks have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The service has always been polite, professional and most importantly honest. They got an offer on our property within a very short period of time in a tougher market and kept us informed throughout the process. Where there was any obstacles , they went above and beyond to smooth things over and get it back on the right track. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleHaving dealt with many estate agents over the years, I can truly say that this is the worst experience I've ever had. I thought working with an independent firm would allow a more personal touch and that they would act with more integrity and honour than some of the bigger corporate companies. WRONG! The director of the company made all sorts of promises to guarantee his commission, but they were in fact lies and he showed his profound lack of integrity and honour when it came to it. Working with Oaks has cost me an awful lot of money, I feel completely screwed over by them and would never recommend them to anyone. AVOID!

GoogleI am so happy with this agency! I had three agents visit my home and out of them all Oaks were the most professional and they have a very driven sales team. I instructed Oaks to sell my property and they had me an asking price offer before my property even went live on the market. I cannot recommend these guys enough and I will always use Oaks in the future!

GoogleWe recently moved in our new rented flat through Oaks Estate Agents. I have to say it was one of the most pleasant experience I had with real estate agents since me and my girlfriend started looking for a place to move in. The agent who showed me the place was very professional and ready to provide information even after the first viewing. After our offer was accepted the transaction went smoothly, including the referencing process through Homelet (which also offer good insurance deal). Even after you move in Oaks Estate promptly reply to any email regarding contacts with the landlord or any other issue you may have. Very pleasant and professional service. 5/5
