GoogleI would like to greatly recommend Oaks. The team helped me in a sale of my flat. Apart finding the buyer (of course!), it was extremely easy to get hold of the team, get feedback from viewings as well as the team had developed a good relationship with a buyer and kept a good eye on the conveyancing process.

GoogleWe recently rented a flat through Oaks and were very pleased with the way they handled the process. It was nice to deal with a local Streatham estate agent that seems to genuinely care about the area. Gabriel, the managing director, was great to work with, as was lettings agent Enrico, who did a good job and was very dedicated.

GoogleI would like to say how impressed my husband and I were with the service and attention we received from the Streatham branch. Our agent was Steven who we met 9 weeks into our search journey. We had some not so great experiences with other estate agents who were pushing or trying to convince us to buy/view homes that didn't meet our criteria. Steven made sure every home we viewed met our budget and criteria and within two weeks we found our first home. He was honest, very aware of the all the properties details/specs and supported us greatly through the negotiating process, which is a very nervous time for first time buyers.

Their staff have kept us informed as to what is happening and resolving any problems that may have arisen with the sale of our properties. Everyone was very helpful, offering professional guidance and support particularly when we had an issue at one of the properties. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Oaks Estate Agents and we would highly recommend them. They are thoroughly professional and honest.

GoogleOaks Estate Agents are independent, honest, reliable and give you impartial advice. Their sales commissions are very competitive and good value for money. I strongly recommend them specially if your property is based in South London. The sales team is excellent and in particular Steven Camera would keep me an update on a weekly basis. The managing director Gabriel Okafor promise and deliver, hence my 5 star review.

GoogleHad a great experience purchasing a house through Oaks. Starting with Steven taking on our brief of what we were looking for and taking us to several properties that fitted are requirements. When it came to the offer being accepted, exchanging and completion on the property both Gabriel and Jay were on hand to ensure this all proceeded smoothly and we were able to exchange in just 4 weeks!

Honest advice, an accurate valuation and an excellent sales team helped us secure an acceptable offer in just over a week of listing. Our property was in Streatham and they know the area and market incredibly well. Their rates are also very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI purchased a property through Oaks and would certainly recommend them as a stand-out agency in Streatham. The service received by Stephen during the viewings was professional, efficient and honest, as was negotiation handled by James. We had a tricky leasehold sale that delayed the transaction and Gabriel worked tirelessly to keep the vendor on-board and without his input the matter would almost certainly have fallen through. I would highly recommend purchasing a property through Oaks and wouldn't hesitate to market my current property with them, when the time comes!

GoogleI can honestly say this is THE WORST agency we've ever dealt with...Do not hand over any money until you have a written contract because these people will always protect the landlord's interests but won't even try to go out of their way to help their potential tenants. We were told one week before our agreed move in date that the landlord has changed his mind AND that he's keeping our £311 holding deposit...If we didn't have such an amazing landlord we could have ended up homeless OR making someone else's life miserable by not moving out of our current flat on the agreed day... Avoid at all costs!

GoogleI received excellent customer service throughout the purchase of my flat, the estate agent, Ciaran, who dealt with my purchase was very friendly and helpful through the whole process. The viewing was arranged very quickly and delivered in a professional manner, allowing me plenty of time to view the property and ask questions. I had very little knowledge on the steps involved when purchasing a property however Ciaran explained every step of the purchase to me and assisted me with the Help to Buy application therefore making the whole process very stress free and smooth. I could not be happier with the service I have received and I am going to recommend this estate agents very highly to my colleagues/friends/family.
