One star overrated

One star overrated! I would highly recommend clients to use another firm. If you want the coy boys of agents to deal with property matter these are your guys! They have boasted their many year of experience and in reality, no communication, no emails and poor attendance at a given time. I wasn’t allowed to view a property after I had a dismissed call with the agents as they couldn’t even have the decency to appear at the property. Guys don’t bother with these amateur company and be spoken to like a child. Worst customer service and dumbfounded company as to say. I hope you guys go bust!

Really unprofessional agency with low grade agents. I put in an offer of a flat to be told that the vendor was unresponsive. They said as soon as they get in touch with the vendor, they will put the offer and get back in touch.
