I used Oaks to sell my one-bed flat in Tulse Hill. A bit of an ugly duckling, but a great space - it needed selling to people though. Tough market but they got it done, with multiple offers. What really impressed me was the tenacity with which they pushed the conveyancing through as that is a slow process these days. Specials thanks to Andree and Gabriel. Thanks guys

What truly sets Chloe apart is her incredible responsiveness and efficiency. No matter what query or request we had, she always got back to us promptly with clear, helpful answers and a warm, professional attitude. Renting can sometimes feel stressful, but knowing Chloe was managing everything gave us complete peace of mind because she is so proactive and genuinely cares about the tenants. She recently went completely above and beyond to help us with an urgent matter on a Friday afternoon, showing just how dedicated she is to delivering exceptional customer service. She is professional, highly organized, and an absolute asset to the Oaks team. Their always organised, responsive, and easy to deal with, which makes coordinating cleaning works across properties smooth and efficient. Sam and Chloe have been particularly excellent to work with both are proactive, communicative, and always on top of things. Instructions are clear, access is well managed, and any queries are dealt with quickly, which really helps us deliver a consistent service.
