GoogleI bought my flat through Oaks Streatham this Spring. I was really impressed by their speed of response, and support, particularly in the slightly stressful last-minute stages of the stamp duty holiday window. Gabriel seemed really on top of things, liaising between me, the vendors and the lawyers to make sure things progressed as they should be, it felt organised and he definitely proved his value as an agent. I initially viewed the flat (and also other flats) with Steven, and his area knowledge and genuine interest in property was reassuring and felt honest. The fact that they’re a smaller company with specialist knowledge of specific south London areas is no doubt a strength of theirs, and it makes you feel valued. We can't thank Jasmine enough for helping us locate our perfect house - being responsive to our budget and specification, Jasmine recommended viewing the house that we have just purchased. Gabriel subsequently managed all of the process after our offer was accepted and kept us fully updated at all stages. We were able to complete on our preferred completion date and are over the moon with the service we received from Oaks and Mortigo (who they recommended as a mortgage broker).

Steve and Jasmine were friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable, they listened to what I required, not once dictated to me, but offered great advise on how to move forward with putting my house on the market. GoogleWe liked Oaks and preferred them over an online agent and a chain agent. Oaks are personable, courteous and professional and know the local market very well. James, Dorian and Steven on the sales side sold our house within their valuation bracket and at a price we were happy with. Obviously, we did our "bit" too, ensuring the property was presentable at all times and welcoming to viewers. James also gave us very helpful advice on negotiating our onward purchase. GoogleMy partner and I have just completed our purchase on a flat in Streatham from Oaks. The whole process with them was seamless from arranging a few different viewings to collecting the keys. The entire team has been so helpful and really responsive whenever we had questions. We sold our previous house with a larger named estate agents but it was actually the team at Oaks making sure everything was going through as quickly as possible. We found that our own estate agents were too busy to respond to ad hoc requests quickly whereas there was a real personal touch with Oaks, I felt like they genuinely cared about the purchase and we were not just another customer to get through.
