We’ve moved 5 times in a decade in the east Croydon area using multiple estate agents. Oaks have been by far the best. James and his team are hyper professional and very responsive. Our house was sold 9 days after being advertised, staff were extremely helpful with all aspects of paperwork, we are not very good with computers,so all scanning sending etc they helped and did for us ,anything that we thought was a problem they always reasurred us that it wasn't ,i would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property

James come to visit us while COVID was going he was straight down the line and no messing I had faith he was right man for the job ! The house had open day we had 19 veiwings , 3 offers and we got 20 k over asking price , he was there every step of the way I can say he is on top of his game would highly recommend and will look forward working in future

I phoned Oaks Estate Agents to request a viewing. I was told I would be contacted by the person dealing with the property in question. I have not heard from the estate agent following my request. I appreciate we are living through challengingly times where things are not going to plan. However, no stars in this instance.
