GoogleBrad was really great and attentative working with us to rent out our flat. In stressful times Brad dropped everything to visit the flat to better understand work that needed doing prior to rental and sorted this out to reduce our stress. He really has been amazing. The use of WhatsApp as a way to keep everyone involved in the loop was really helpful and meant that we weren't waiting days for response. Couldn't recommend Brad and Oaks highly enough!

GoogleI recently used Oaks to rent out my property. Their lettings team (Bradley, Joey & Alexandra) provided a very professional & efficient service for a competitive fee. From my initial instruction, professional photos were taken and the house was effectively marketed on all the major property web portals. Within 2 weeks Oaks found me a very high quality tenant. All subsequent administration for the letting was completed in a couple of days. Joey Abreu in the Croydon office was very professional and helpful, managing the letting to from start to finish and quickly resolving all queries. They were incredibly quick in setting up the initial listing and attracting a huge number of interested parties. GoogleGeorge was fantastic with contacting me and having staff trained and for the awful treatment I was subjected to. Stefanie did contact me after my discussion with George for her inappropriate conduct and lack of professionalism. Nonetheless, the experience has made me wary of returning to Oaks as if I did not put a 1 star review on Google, George would not have been made aware of the poor customer service being delivered. When looking to spend over £3000 per month on a property, a good level of customer service and attention to detail is expected. Despite my offer being accepted, the significant change in property particulars resulted in me deciding not to proceed with this property. I have since found somewhere else with another agent.

Not only did he show me an apartment a couple of hours after I first contacted him, but he also worked hard to complete the entire process in just 4 days after my offer. I was able to move in on my ideal date as I requested. The agents really listen to you!
