Terrible service. Multiple falsities and lies told throughout the process. Little to no customer service. Lazy, slow action and communication. Took weeks to get our listing up in the store windows but listing is still up now months after we terminated and marked as ‘sold’ despite them not having sold it!! A shame really as on initial meeting they seems so promising…

We recently sold our flat with Oaks Tulse Hill and the entire process from valuation to completion has been made so much easier with our agents. The whole team are polite, cheerful and professional. James Poll was patient with my questions at valuation time, their photographer took great photos, Abhiram called with an update after each viewing and Kane moved the process along by checking up patiently with lawyers and buyers. Although, my mother’s house sold…..eventually, I was not impressed with Oaks from the moment the house was marketed. The initial sales pitch from the manager in April 21 was convincing but as soon as the house was advertised, I realised that it was just sales pitch. The communication was sketchy at best with irregular feedback. All the way through the marketing of the property I was concerned at the lack of any firm interest or offers and as the end of the 12 contract was nearing, I began to search for alternative agents. However when I contacted Oaks, I was told that I had to give 4 week’s notice which angered me. I wanted to end the contract due to the aforementioned. The house was sold 7 months after going on sale and inexplicably, I received no personal messages of congratulations or thanks for my business from the Oaks. Not professional at all and so disrespectful. Furthermore, one of the negotiators had the audacity to contact me a week after sale, via txt to ask a trivial question on behalf of the new owner. I replied promptly and still did not receive a reply or thank you! This only compounded a very disappointing experience.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Mr Enrico Ricketts, a Senior Lettings Negotiator in Oaks Estate Agents, did my day when I called him. Just imagine that you are a foreigner and know almost nothing about the rental process in the UK, but you have a strict deadline and high requirements. Mr Enrico is who you need.
