Our experience with the Oaks team was exceptional from the first meeting to the final completion. They consistently had our backs and were on the ball throughout the entire process. In fact, when a buyer unexpectedly backed out for personal reasons beyond our control, they promptly arranged for the next potential buyer to view our home on the same day, and that individual ended up purchasing the property. I can't recommend Dane, Daniel, and George highly enough, they truly are the ultimate dream team.

Hi Cherelle, Wow, thank you for such a great review! I might get t-shirts with "dream team" for the boys, although that might go to their heads...! Jokes aside, thank you ever so much for letting us at Oaks market your home. I'm thrilled that you were thrilled and cannot thank you enough for taking the time to leave such a kind review. Please stay in touch and all the best for the future. Thank you, James Byrne Managing Director

Good experience letting with Jack in the Croydon office. Didn’t waste my time or faff around like other agents when I initially contacted, was quick and transparent from the beginning which is why I chose them. Found me tenants within a day of advertising and secured two offers above the monthly asking price. Competitively priced too compared to other agents who charge fees for everything under the sun.

I had an excellent experience using Oaks, specifically with Jonathan, Harvey and Conal. They listened and understood any concerns I had throughout the sale, and never gave me unrealistic expectations. I was impressed with how proactive and communicative they were, so the transaction went smoother and completed a lot quicker than I had anticipated. Highly recommended!!

Jake and his team (including Savanna) were very supportive throughout the whole process of letting my property. They were clear and informative. They also let the property very quickly (we had 4 offers after just one day of viewings). The calibre of tenants were also fantastic. Well done! Would highly recommend using Oaks estate agents.
