GoogleI am so pleased I chose Oaks to sell my house. Not only did they sell it, but they handled the sale in a very difficult market seamlessly. They, George in particular, helped me, as a first time anxious seller feel reassured all the way through the process. All of the Oaks team are excellent communicators and I always know where I stand with them. They are professional, friendly, vibrant and optimistic, but also cautiously realistic when it comes to a sale strategy - they don't necessarily tell you what you want to hear but how they see the market through their eyes as professionals and I think they have a fab balance. It was me following their advice all the way through that we ended up with a successful sale and a smooth process. I couldn't recommend them more.

GoogleDaniel, Dane and George of Oaks estate agents, Portland Road dealt with the process of selling my late relatives bungalow in 9 weeks. Dane conducted the open house viewings with giving us honest feedback and what the viewers thought the bungalow was worth. George booked 2 buyers in for the open day of which resulted in securing a sale for us on the first viewing day. The team of Oaks at Portland Road did a great job working with the solicitors to keep the process on track. All went according to plan in a timely and professional manner. Communications were easy and always friendly and supportive. We were contacted directly by Daniel as exchange and completion dates were at short notice for our agreement and signatures with our solicitors. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a stress free service.

GoogleI have had my fair share of useless/unresponsive estate agents but Oaks has been great especially the communication with Tori from beginning to end. She helped us have a seamless move in, answered all my questions quickly and made the process that much more stress free. Jack also stepped in and helped us with understanding some parts of our agreement and just being an overall helpful presence through the whole process. They stayed in contact and have been super responsive even after the move in. This wouldn’t have been a smooth process if it wasn’t for the two of them. Thank you for your help! 🤍

GoogleAfter 5 years of tenants, renting my properties has never been easier. I was reluctant when approached by a new estate agents but so glad I made the change now! 3 properties rented out in a week, something my old agency had never managed. Jack and team were brilliant, with director George stepping in too to ensure a smooth transaction. So pleased with the professional service I have received, a pleasure to rent my properties with Oaks. 5 stars isn't enough!
