GoogleJust exchanged on our flat. Oaks were fantastic, it has been a tricky time to sell but we had an offer at asking price within two weeks. The guys were very helpful and worked around us as we have two young children at home. Really thankful for how smoothly everything has gone.

GoogleFirst class service from Dane supported by a great team lead by Daniel. Very professional from the outset and right through to completion. This estate agent is different from others as they drove the process by chasing and following up during the conveyancing process. This proactive approach enabled me to exchange in under a month. He has been with us right from the start of the journey to the very one of the chapter through to completion. He is polite , highly knowledgeable and very trustworthy. GoogleWe have just bought a house through Oaks and Dane and Daniel were absolutely fantastic, we can’t thank them enough for all their help. They not only were so professional, helpful and knowledgable with the house we have bought but also amazing at chasing the progress of our sale and keeping that moving (which was listed with a different agent). They were always fully aware of what was happening with both our sale and the purchase and kept us updated at all times. They also chased solicitors and external parties and took so much of the stress out of the situation by being so on the ball. Being able to WhatsApp Dane and Daniel was so helpful and they always replied promptly. They treated us with so much respect and consideration at all times and we can’t recommend them highly enough. I had an awful experience buying a house through Oaks. We were lied to during the viewing about what was included in the sale. And during the process of purchase we were continually lied to and inappropriately pressured and threatened that we would loose the property if we didn't provide documents by certain dates.

GoogleHighly recommend Oaks, they sold our terraced house quickly and for a great price. They had great communication and made us feel at ease during the whole process. The boys were great. George was great with keeping us updated and also annoyingly making sure that we were completing all of our paperwork in a timely manner 😆. GoogleWe’ve been dealing with Oaks - specifically Dane for over a year trying to find the right house. When a purchase fell through he tried his very best to find us another option that suited us and our changing circumstances. He called us directly to let us know about a property that had just become available and the match up was perfect - for us and the sellers. Dane worked really hard to get our purchase over the line in a very time sensitive situation. The communication was always good - being able to WhatsApp was brilliant and he was also very active in driving things through with solicitors etc. We owe Dane a lot for matching us with our new home and on a personal level I liked dealing with him. There didn’t feel like there was any ego or the common estate agent “bluster” that we’ve encountered a lot on our search. Would very much recommend. Thanks Dane!

GoogleDaniel and Dane did a fantastic job with the sale of our property. We were selling in a tricky time in the market, but they kept the viewings coming, and secured us an offer in good time. Daniel initially knocked on our door after seeing a sign of another agent, who was struggling with securing an offer, going up outside our house. Daniel then suggested a few different options and was very proactive in getting us to market. Daniel and Dane kept us up to date during the process, managing the progress of the wider chain, providing honest advice throughout and also chasing various solicitors to keep things moving as much as possible. We're really grateful for the hard work that Daniel, Dane and the wider Oaks team have put in, and have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone looking for estate agents in South Norwood.
