We recently used Oaks to sell our two bedroom flat. Johnathan and his team have been fantastic! We're a family with young children, the team took the time to understand our requirements and accomodate viewings around our schedule, as well as keep us updated with every viewing feedback. They were able to secure a sell quickly, and resolve any queries from the buyer before it become a major concern. Now a few months later, we're ready to complete and we're very grateful to the team. We would definitely recommend Johnathan and his team!

They were great at finding tenants for my 3 bed flat rather quick but within a few days I started having problems with my tenants. The help I had from the manager in letting in particular was very poor and eventually just ignored my calls and my only point of contact was the general reception. I was told misinformed information about how eviction works too. The later team that took over at mid 2023 was pleasant and better to deal with but the letting team at start of 2022 was not good at all and I could not recommend them.

Dane and the whole team were brilliant. By far the nmost helpful and least stressful part of the whole selling process. They got us a great price and were straight on it when any problems arose. Couldn't have asked for more.

The experience of using Oaks was very smooth overall, they were attentive and friendly and offered balanced advice when we needed it, the whole process was professional. Special mention to George who handled everything particularly well, always there on the phone when needed and carried the whole thing start to finish.

Joshua Hillier-Dunstall has been really helpful during the sale of the property I was selling. Throughout the process he was chasing up the solicitors to get the sale done with no delays, he also always kept me informed about the process and was always ready to answer any questions I had.

Just completed the tenancy renewal on a property Oaks is managing for me. Great service from my tenancy manager, Alison, who was efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. Shout out too, to Monika, who manages the property on a day to day basis - she is super responsive, keeping me up to date and fielding all my questions!

Highly recommend , simply because the team are very respectful and caring .. costumer service on point ! I was quite nervous and stressed as we all know renting properties can be very frustrating sometimes , however oaks , specially ‘ RAYAAN HAFEEZ‘ made it less stressful . Avoid this estate agent at all cost

Avoid this estate agent as they are among the least competent in the industry. Save your money and time by steering clear of them. After being involved in a deal for three months, we ultimately decided to withdraw. The agents are unresponsive and conceal many anomalies of the houses. Their primary aim seems to be putting "sold" signs in front of houses to secure their commissions. Therefore, please beware!

Oaks were amazing! They helped me finding tenants for my flat and I couldn’t be happier with them. Special mention to Jack Holloway from the Croydon office, who constantly stayed in touch with me way before the flat was available for the new tenants and kept the communication smooth while I was abroad. Sam Halfpenny was also great, he helped me with the deposit protection when I got stuck with it. Last but not least, Alison Polit who was also a superstar! Highly recommend ✨

Terrible experience as first time buyers, hounded daily to try to rush the transaction through and get their fee, along with frequent miscommunications and mistakes. Emailed to give feedback (and to let them know that the board still reading "for sale" was still up outside the house) and wasn't even dignified with a response. 0/10 would not recommend

Just when I was about to admit defeat in my house hunt, Will Johnson from the Streatham branch helped me to find a gem of a property and although the process was not straightforward due to multiple factors, I was really appreciative of the support I got through the whole process. I was connected with all the professionals I needed and provided with assurance throughout each of the stages of buying to ensure that I was in the best position as a buyer. Really recommend Oaks for your house buying, I have had a fantastic experience and felt supported every step of the way.

Daniel and Dane from Oaks South Norwood did an excellent job in processing a sale for our property. Considering the challenges in the market they were able to achieve a good sale price for our property on two occasions. They also rose to the challenge of having to relist the property after our property original sale fell through. Their communication was good and they took a proactive approach to the sale of our property. Through their hard work, it only took just under two weeks to go under offer, twice! If there is any critique we would offer it would solely be their recommendation to use Naqibul Islam from Setfords as a conveyancing solicitors. He was not proactive and often wasn't on top of our sale or purchase. I would urge to look at other conveyancers or only reference those they do not recommend (For which he should be on this list) in future. Definitely will use again in future as they were excellent. Highly recommended by us.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Oaks team for my home purchase. Sometime buying process can be daunting, but they were fantastic every step of the way especially George who is very professional and efficient. He was always available and very spontaneous. I am glad I chose them and will use them again in future whenever needed.

Oakes was our second try with an estate agent in 2023, and sold our property in a very difficult economic period. Great customer service for us, as well as being considerate to our tenants, minimising disturbance through weekly weekend open-day viewings rather than multiple visits at all times of day. Very straight talking chats and advice from Jonathan, avoiding the jargon and sales talk we'd become accustomed to. Conal couldn't have been more helpful and professional. It was a bonus that they had one of the lowest fees we'd come across, but would highly recommend anyway. Thanks Guys.
