GoogleI purchased a flat with Oaks Estate Agents in South Norwood, and had the pleasure of working with Dane. Given a previous negative experience with another estate agency, I was quite apprehensive at first to go through the buying process again. However, Dane was fully aware of my concerns and did everything in his power to ensure that experience did not occur again. His communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. He kept all parties well-informed and was always available to answer any questions I had. I particularly appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness, he never sugarcoated any of the situations, providing a clear and realistic picture of what was happening. Although the exchange process did take a few months, Dane remained diligent and committed to seeing the sale through. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that I could complete this purchase! I highly recommend Oaks South Norwood to anyone looking to buy in the area.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience selling our house through Oaks in South Norwood. The team was very successful in securing viewings for us and ultimately finding us a buyer quickly. They worked well together and all kept up to speed with the sale. Communication was good and we liked the use of WhatsApp for this. There were a couple of times where obtaining updates on the rest of the chain was a little difficult, but the Oaks team excelled at the point where it really mattered - we had some complications elsewhere in the chain and Dane was incredibly proactive at contacting the other parties to resolve issues and keep things moving. Overall we would recommend Oaks for anyone looking to sell their property.

Initially Jonathan was more positive, credible and knowledgeable about the immediate sales market that the two competitors that I met. When there were some bumps in the road his level headed advice helped to turn things around and get to a positive solution. Really great quality and professional agents!

GoogleI'll be candid and say I generally don't hold estate agents in high regard. James and Pavines @ Oaks Streatham changed my view. They knew exactly the type of buyer who would be interested in our property, got them in quickly and got us a sale we are very happy with. They went above and beyond, pushing every step of the way to get the whole chain across the line, dealt with any quibbles quickly and professionally. If you're thinking of saving half a % on a cheaper agent, don't. These people really know their market, their areas and people. Thanks both!

TrustpilotLandlords stay away from this agency
If you are a landlord, avoid these cowboys at all costs. They will only place desperate people into your property. They will change contracts to suit tenants and when you query why their tenancy agreement does not cover basic (damage to property), they ask you to pay their solicitors to put clauses into their contract; something which all the other agencies cover. They promise you the world until they advertise your property but then will give you lie after lie by getting 5 different people to email you; this is just to try and confuse you!. They charge tenants extortionate fees, although they cannot deliver in finding them a property to live in. They put you in a positions, where potential tenants who come to view the property beg you to either take them or ask the agents to return their money.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Oaks Estate on Tylney Road, and I can't praise this accommodation enough. The property is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. One of the highlights of my stay was the sense of community. The neighbours were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's rare to find such a supportive and kind neighbourhood, and it truly enhanced my experience. Overall, Oaks Estate is a fantastic place to stay. The combination of excellent accommodation and wonderful neighbours made my time here truly memorable. I highly recommend Oaks Estate to anyone looking for a great place to live.
