GoogleI’d give them 10 stars if I could! Mason, Conal and James were all so great and we would highly recommend. Conal handled the viewings of our home and managed to bag us multiple offers within days. Mason was brilliant at guiding us through the process and chased whenever there were minor delays to make sure we were on track. The whole team were helpful and easy to get a hold of if we had questions.

GoogleWe’ve had a brilliant experience with Oaks in Addiscombe. From first meeting Yousef when our house was valued through to dealing with Oscar managing our viewings to Dane completing all the activities required after we accepted an offer. It only took 6 weeks to get a good offer on our house, which we were really pleased with. One of the things I thought Oaks were very good at was communication - we were always kept updated with what was happening, did not need to chase for updates and I love the way they set up a WhatsApp group with me - working full time it’s not always easy to find the time to ring the Estate Agent or take a call from them so this meant we had a second, flexible method of communication. Really simple but incredibly effective. Oaks also have a panel of people they can recommend to you, for example solicitors, surveyors etc. Oaks made the whole process so easy. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleMy partner and I just relocated to our dream flat with Ray's help. He was extremely professional and efficient throughout the whole process and made it as stress-free as possible. Would highly recommend if you're looking to move flats!

GoogleOaks more specifically Rayaan has been excellent from start to finish in assisting us in letting out our property. We are first time landlords and Rayaan has made the process as smooth as possible noting the legal hoops we are required to learn and jump through along the way. I would recommend Ray any day of the week and look forward to a continued partnership through the years.

GoogleI’ve used the Lettings side of the business in Streatham and Croydon on many occasions, every time they deliver great feedback, manage my expectations while providing a great service! I struggle to see me ever using a different agent. Having a trusted agent makes life so much easier!

GoogleYousef & Hannah from Oaks dealt with the marketing snd sale of our property. We had a constant line of communication throughout the marketing and legals which was very helpful. During the legals they were proactive which meant the process was smoother than expected. Would highly recommend both.

GoogleOscar and Yoesef did an excellent job of selling my property. They were polite and professional throughout the sales journey, a real pleasure to work with. Selling can be so stressful but they were always one step ahead and provided service with a smile 😃 …

GoogleJust the most refreshing experience. I had one agent not even turn up (big company offices everywhere) and Oaks were on the money from day dot. Great team and I was so chuffed with the price they achieved. Onto Sussex we go!! Thanks Yousef and team

GoogleI have been renting out my property in South Norwood for five years since moving abroad for work. I recently moved from a very bad property manager to Oaks who have been a breath of fresh air. Since initial conversations with Jack about having Oaks fully manage my property, to working with Becky on the new contract and and questions I have, my experience has been excellent. Quick responses, extremely friendly, very very helpful and accommodating. I couldn't ask for anything else and I now feel at ease knowing my property is in safe hands. Thank you Oaks! :-)

GoogleThanks so much to the Oaks team for selling our property in a difficult market. Mason and the team were fantastic in both getting viewers through the door and eventually getting us a successful offer. By far the best agents we have worked with to date.

GoogleIf you are considering selling your property in SW16, I would highly recommend Oaks. In challenging market conditions we were considering both selling and renting. Valuations were quickly organised at our convenience. The team had completed research before arriving and we were provided with comparable properties that they had sold/rented recently to guide us. We chose to see our property. The whole Oaks team were very proactive and responsive to our questions. We were always able to get in touch quickly and were given helpful guidance. Thank you to Pav for his enthusiasm and kindness in showing the property and keeping us updated with feedback. He was doggedly determined to ensure as many viewings as possible and followed up with interested parties to organise second viewings quickly. Once a sale had been agreed, we were very grateful to James for his calm, pragmatic approach. He is very experienced and helped both sides to reach an agreement.

GoogleAfter a lot of bad luck out of our control trying to buy our first house, Oaks helped turn things around. Dane was incredibly responsive, patient and helpful through the entire process and made sure everything got across the line on a tight deadline. Thank you so much for making an often stressful process all the much easier.

GoogleOaks Tulse Hill are quite simply fantastic. They have done everything they promised and more. Communications have been rapid and clear and they’ve kept us smiling when we really didn’t feel like it sometimes. Conal in particular has been a tremendous support and we will miss our daily conversations!! One much loved flat sold and now retirement is a real possibility. So much to be thankful for.
