GoogleOaks provided very good service when we bought our flat in Streatham. Conal Winson, our point of contact at Oaks, was professional, available, communicative and understanding - especially when our solicitors were none of those things. I really appreciated how much he kept us in the loop, even if there wasn't much movement to report. I couldn't recommend him enough.

GoogleI reached out to Oaks Estate Agents in Croydon to sell my house in Addiscombe, and the experience has been great from start to finish. Luca booked me in for a valuation and was really helpful in explaining the whole process. Mason then came round for the valuation, he was super friendly, professional, and gave a fair assessment. Compared to other local estate agents I’ve spoken to, the team at Oaks has been much more approachable and easy to work with. The sale went smoothly, and next time I sell, I’ll definitely be going back to them. Highly recommend!

Jack was excellent in the lettings team whilst I rented it out offering full management for a competitive rate and Dane in the sales team helped me find a buyer and assisted with the sale. I’ve found them all to be very professional and have managed my property without any issues over the last 3 years.

GoogleI had an amazing experience with Oaks Estates, thanks to Therondo, the agent I dealt with directly. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the apartment I really wanted after I shared my reasons for needing it. He was professional, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Therondo was also prepared to assist me in finding another option if needed, but fortunately, everything worked out perfectly with the one we asked for. I highly recommend Oaks Estates and especially commend Therondo for his excellent service. Great guy!

GoogleDon’t waste your time with these people! We had an 11am viewing appointment, for a property we wanted to rent, but we faced an extremely unprofessional situation. In one of the coldest day in the year “-2” at the time of the appointment, the agent decide he can just waste people’s time and kept us outside for 30 minutes, and in the end no one showed up. Wen I call him 11am and told him I’m outside he said “my colleague will be there in an minute, he called after 20min asking if we saw the flat, I told him we been outside for 20 minutes already and no one is there, then he said let me call my colleague, to find out what is going to and I’ll call you back. We wait for another 10 minutes and then just left, and still hours after that no one call us back

Hi Deyvid, I've looked into this because it really bothered me but upon review, I can confirm that on 06/01/2005 at 2025, we sent you an e-mail that says: "I am delighted to confirm your viewing appointment on 11th January 2025 at 1:00pm." I'm looking at that e-mail at the time of typing and can resend it to you, should you so wish? Respectfully, you either turned up two hours early, or you got the time wrong! I don't think it's us that have made the mistake here, plus, we also tried to call you back. GoogleWhen our washer dryer stopped working just before Christmas we contacted Oaks Estate agents and they quickly resolved the problem by contacting the landlord. once the replacement machine was installed Alison contacted us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We were very appreciative of their quick response.

The purchase took a while due to chains but Hannah always responded to my emails and calls, chased when she needed to and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend them. GoogleWhat can I say, Oaks Estate Agents are truly the best! I chose them to sell my flat based on the fantastic reputation I had heard, and I was not disappointed. My main point of contact was Yousef, and he has been absolutely amazing, an absolute credit to Oaks. He made sure we were kept informed at every stage of the process. TrustpilotI bought a house through Oaks in 2023
I bought a house through Oaks in 2023, initially they had done viewings of the houses I had liked the most and the agents I'd dealt with were reliable in showing up for viewings. However the process of buying showed how unethical the agency really is as I was bullied into using their lawyers and mortgage brokers to "ensure I presented my offer in the best light" all of which I am sure they earn additional commission from. During the process the lawyer and mortgage broker treated me like a secondary client and always spoke to Oaks about developments first and were not nearly as responsive with me, but the estate agents would then try to bully me to do things based on information they had from my lawyer or broker. Equally they refused to put a standard price reduction request post survey to the buyers despite numerous issues being identified stating they would pull out if I even put it forward. Overall buying through them was a horrific experience and I would never ever work with them again no matter what house they were selling and I would never hire them based on how unethical their practices are. Everything they do is just on the grey side of illegal not enough to be truly illegal but certainly not ethical business practice at all.

GoogleWe appointed Oaks to sell our Streatham flat after being with another agent for 3 or 4 months. The Team at Oaks (Mason, Conal, etc) completely smashed it out park and found us a buyer after only three weeks!! Oaks are diligent, efficient, straight talking and don’t mess around. We are so pleased we appointed them - which allowed us to buy our new home much more quickly. Highly highly recommended!

GoogleGreat experience with Oaks Tulse Hill. Mason and Conal handled a complicated sale with great patience and skill. They are very experienced with selling properties in the area. They were friendly and took the time to chat through my concerns with me. Great comms in person and on WhatsApp. A much more personal touch than I've had with some of the bigger more corporate chains. When it looked like my purchase might fall through they hooked me up with their colleagues in another office who arranged a bunch of viewings in South Norwood for me, which was also a great experience. I would definitely use them again!
