TrustpilotNo Show
The agency didn’t bother turning up to my arranged viewing. Communication was awful to advise what was going on. Told ‘he’s 2 minutes away’ and still wasn’t there after 15 minutes. Having viewed the advert after it showed as ‘sold subject to contract’ so they clearly just didn’t bother turning up as the property had sold. All it would have taken was an email or phone call to say the property had been taken off the market. If this is what they’re like for arranging a viewing I dread to think if you are buying or selling through them. Will avoid this agency moving forwards.

TrustpilotGreat Experience with Oaks Mitcham
Great Experience with Oaks Mitcham - we changed to Oaks after struggling to sell our house with another agent. Dagmara and Courtney were really proactive and kept us updated throughout the process. They also assisted with our onward house purchase which was an amazing help. It was all very smooth and was a very positive experience - would happily recommend.

TrustpilotBest estate agents by a mile!
Oaks in Addiscombe recently sold our house, and what an experience it was! They are light years ahead of other agents, highly professional, friendly and efficient. They are constantly on it, even post sale. They made us feel like we were their only clients and I would use them again in a heartbeat, highly recommend! Special mention to Mason, Louis & Luca. Thank you for being such a pleasure to deal with!

GoogleReally responsive and great estate agents, we rented for 2 years with Oaks and only had positive experiences and transparency between the landlord and agency.
Jack (Lettings manager), Chloe, Sam and Monika, were such friendly people and really helped make our flat a home for 2 years. We are sad to have left but will definitely use Oaks again for looking to buy or let a property in the future.

GoogleI wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Rhianna at Oaks. She provided truly exceptional support during my search. Despite my high persistence and the pressure I unintentionally put on her, she remained calm, professional, and remarkably patient, always listening carefully to my needs and ensuring I saw all possible options. Although, we ended up going a different route due to timing, her thoroughness, dedication, and composure left a lasting impression.
All in all Rhianna did a spectacular job and left an amazing impression. Anyone who has Rhianna as an agent will be in great hands.

GoogleAfter an unsuccessful and stressful experience with another local agent, Daniel sold our house that had been empty for 6 months above the asking price.
From the first telephone conversation we were made to feel at ease and confident. Daniel went through the whole process with us and answered our endless questions. We were already very stressed at the time with having to pay for two mortgages however Daniel put our concerns to rest. Daniel negotiated the best price for us once interested buyers were found. After this the whole sale process went smoothly. I highly recommend Daniel at Oaks and would not hesitate to go back to him in the future.
