I have been very impressed by the efficiency and courtesy shown by the agency. From my first visit to the property I have been very well looked after by Sara and in particular Julia who was prepared to come in on her day off to do the handover. Nothing has been too much trouble and I have been impressed by the whole process. Including the very detailed accurate inventory.
Thank you for your review! Northwood Newcastle

View AgentsGreat communicaton. Responsive and very understanding
Julia has been absolutely fantastic in helping me rent a property. I was under a bit of time pressure as my current tenancy was about to end. She's been very quick with processing my application and always very good with responding. Scheduling a meeting to sign the final agreement went very smoothly as well and was nicely fitted around my schedule. Would recommend.
Fantastic review, we think Julia's customer service is great so its great to hear that you do to. Well done Julia!!

This is my first experience of dealing with a letting agent. Julia has been friendly, professional and helpful at all times. The process of securing a tennancy was incredibly quick and efficient. She is very knowledgable about the service Northwood provide. Any questions she could not answer immediately, she found out the answer and replied very promptly. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone requiring an agent.

Julia has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of us renting our first home together :) everything was done so quickly we couldn't believe it and she answered any queries we had perfectly and thank you so much for her putting up with Shaun and myself always calling at seperate times and working around our opposite work schedules so it was easy for both of us to attend meetings, viewings etc.

Really positive experience, friendly staff and no problems with our property which is extremely rare as within a few weeks, there are always problems to report. They provided a detailed inventory. Would definitely use Northwood if I owned my property.

View AgentsFantastic agency to find rental properties with!
I moved to York from Scotland so I didn't have time to view lots of properties. Ashleigh helped me to find a property and arranged all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Everyone is friendly and professional and the properties are spot on. I would highly recommend Northwood to anyone looking for property to rent in York.
