Have previously worked in this business and i can say Northwood have always been very professional and there service has been excellent this time I dealt with Francesca from the start to the end she was first class nothing to much trouble always keeping me informed and doing the best for me i wouldn't deal with anybody else in the future she was first class and a credit to Northwood.

Northwood Wrexham has supported me for 8 years in letting my property, identifying reliable and trustworthy tenants. The property have been monitored closely and all issues raised quickly and maintenance issues resolved by the Northwood team. Northwood have supported me with the now sale of the property, communication over the sale has been excellent with all questions responded to quickly and professionally. Listing presentation was successful and a buyer soon secured. The team have kept in contact throughout the sale, I would highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I experienced when dealing with Northwoods lettings team. So efficient, and quick to respond with diligence. From a landlords perspective, they have provided me with a very competitive 'Guaranteed Rental Agreement' and absolute peace of mind that the property will be cared for, in a way of which will require little to no intervention of my own. I've been dealing with another branch of Northwood based in London for over a decade now and have seen the same high standards practiced year on year. I've every belief this is the company wide culture. May I pay particular praise to Ruth Ledson of whom personally managed my property rental acquisition.

Ruth and her team at West Derby Village took over the rental of our two houses in March and July 2020. Once the Covid Lockdown was lifted both were let within 2 months. They have provided highly professional services and deal with issues promptly.

I was recommended to give my rental property to Northwood, Liverpool after being let down by another agent. 3 years later- and I have not been disappointed. The young lady who I normally deal with is Rachel, always bright and cheerful, nothing is too much trouble. Northwood is an excellent Letting Agent with professional and trustworthy staff.
