Direct reviewsBuying a house
Overall the the process was very simple and stress free. Since the star of visiting property’s and making an offer till finishing the purchase and get the keys we always felt supported and heard. It was a good experience and we are very happy with the outcome. Thank you Northwood for being such an amazing team and help us make this dream possible.

I had a very positive experience working with Northwood agency while searching for my first home. As a first-time buyer, the process felt overwhelming at times, but the team was patient, clear, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. They took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I felt confident before making decisions. Their professionalism, transparency, and understanding of my needs made the whole experience far less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone, especially first-time buyers, looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy guidance.

We purchased a property with Jo from Northwood, Wrexham. Our experience with Jo was seamless, her communication and drive for client satisfaction was second to none. I would use Northwood for a sale or purchase again in the future. They have truly made a stressful situation easier with their support.

The communication afterwards was quick and helpful, and she also guided me where to find mortgage support which I got approved very fast. Everything was done in a friendly and professional way. Now I’m a proud owner of my first home and I can highly recommend Northwood

Direct reviewsThank you Jo
Dear Jo, thank you so much for your support over the last few months. What has been a particularly difficult period for me personally you at least made the house buying process easy. Given the nature of how I was receiving the finances (through divorce) you managed the vendors expectations perfectly which allowed time on my end. Thank you and I'll be sure to recommend Northwood in the future, cheers

I am happy with the service Northwood provided in the exchange and purchase of my new home. Unfortunately the previous owner left a large quantify of possessions and trash behind in breech of the contract. Northwood were really helpful in quickly resolving this and arranging the items to be removed, I’m very grateful to them for their support

Direct reviewsAmazing
I think we got really lucky to find Jo on our tracks for buying a house. We visited a property first and we weren't convinced, the next day she knew the house we would look at we would love and we adored it. It is amazing, I'm absolutely obsessed and very glad it's ours now. It was our first time buying so it was difficult to really know what to do or how to act. Jo adviced us and took us through all the steps. Then during the process when things seemed to have halted she was able to get everyone to communicate and work towards completion. I would recommend Northwood but especially Jo. If you are lucky enough to get her as your estate agent, she will help and guide you through it all.

Kathryn dealt with my initial request for letting. Throughout she was a great communicator, by email and over the phone. She really went to bat for me and I felt like I was getting a personalised service. I ended up changing direction but she signposted important information and was very compassionate

I must recognise the Kathryn from the Wrexham branch of Northwood. I initially came looking for a rental property for which she acted in a very professional and competent way. Her communication skills and compassionate approach was refreshing and gave me the feeling that she was acting pro actively on my behalf. Kathryn kept me up to date with emails and phone calls and was super helpful in all interactions. I must recommend her services as she is a credit to Northwood. Thank you

From the moment I spoke to Jo from sales and Steph from Lettings I knew that I was dealing with true hardworking professionals who will work hard for you. I was never left without an update, the calls and emails came thick and fast and to say the service was efficient is an understatement. I will always deal with Northwood as my first choice. There are so many disinterested and simply lazy agents out there, to find an all round amazing team is a true find. Please do not waste your time with any other agents; this team really are stand alone. Thank you girls, you are unbelievable.

View AgentsProfessional and friendly service
Professional and friendly service. I highly appreciate the service of Ms. Joanne Smith who is responsive, friendly and professional. She arranged property viewing for me promptly upon request. This is important because clients are always eager to view the properties very soon which they are interested in. Waiting can cause anxiety. Joanne also provided me with useful information that I need and useful answers to my queries. This is also very important because buying properties is a big investment, clients thus need sufficient and necessary information for their careful consideration and decision making. I thank very much for Joanne’s help. I have trust in Northwood.
