I have been a tenant with Northwood Cardiff for two years, and their service has been exceptional. Whenever we contacted them regarding an issue, they addressed it promptly, even outside of regular hours. Our experience with them has been truly remarkable. We are particularly grateful to Jodie, Jess, Janine, Ceri, Martin (engineer), and the entire team for their outstanding support.

Met with Jodie at the property as arranged. Jodie was punctual, polite and friendly. I was welcomed into the still tenanted property and shown around. Jodie was professional at all times and had a genuine interest in my reason for moving and my property search. Well done. Great service

We can’t thank Liudmila enough for their incredible help in finding our new home! 🏡✨ We were looking to rent a house and were honestly amazed by how quickly everything came together, within just a week we’d found the perfect place and signed the papers. From the very start, Liudmila was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping us find somewhere that truly felt like home. What really stood out to us was her dedication and flexibility, always happy to answer our messages, even outside of normal working hours, and quick to arrange viewings that suited our schedule. Her support made what could have been a stressful process feel completely smooth and easy. We couldn’t recommend Liudmila more highly. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, approachable, and goes the extra mile, she is definitely the one to call. Thank you so much for everything, we’re absolutely delighted with our new home! 💕 Artur and Tetiana.

Myself and 2 girls recently moved in to the above property with amazing guidance and support from Jess. The process was quick and smooth which made moving in a lot less stressful and exciting too. We had clear communication and could always ask questions without hesitation. We really appreciate the service received and are glad to renting with a great agency / landlord.
