Due to some unexpected complications in the process from the company sending the mail item, this effort from both the Micklegate branch & the tenant had to be repeated to ensure success. So I contacted Northwood as a prospective landlord seeing as they are local and an ever popular agent in my area... After submitting an online query via their contact form, the team were quickly in touch to understand my needs and see if they could be of service. Just a few weeks later my property has a tenant in place, whilst using agents is not always something I understand people wish to do when letting, for me this experience has been a breeze. Whilst giving me peace of mind around accounts and viewings, it also importantly ensured the tenant was happy and looked after when moving into their new home. I’ve received great service from all of the team so far but have to mention Ellie Ealey who has been superb in keeping me up to date as applications and situations have progressed. I look forward to many years of partnership and business together.

Letting Agents often seem to be working more for the tenant than the owner and do little to help maintain economic rental levels in the face of competition. Not so with Northwood.. their advice is based on an excellent interpretation of local market forces and owners do well to listen to them. Doing so has seen very few voids during the 10+ years we have worked with them despite very adverse trends in this area of the Country. Their professional approach resulted in us choosing another branch of Northwood in the West Midlands for another rented property and we've not been disappointed.

Maryanne, and indeed all the staff members I've spoken to, have been very helpful and very responsive. Our house was marketed quickly and the rental price suggested by Maryanne was achieved in a very short space of time. Northwood's percentage is also very competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending their letting services.

I've been really happy with Northwood's services in finding me a tenant for my BTL flat. All the staff I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful, providing a great service. This gave me confidence and trust in their professionalism, and this was repaid by how quickly they found me a tenant, and kept me in the loop along the way. Fees were also very competitive and fair.

Choosing letting agents is a lottery if there's no guidance available. Luckily we chose well in an area of the Country with which we were not familiar. From the outset Hazel and her team have achieved maximum rentals and few voids in what turned out to be a very difficult area and an adverse letting climate. Whenever there was a problem they rapidly, consistently and professionally deal with it. All of the team we've worked with over the time we've let our two properties with them have been efficient, friendly and, most importantly, on our side. It's testament to them that we chose a branch of Northwood close to us to manage another property, and we've not been disappointed..

I started using Northwood for letting my property a few years back but only asked them to manage it last year and I wish I had done it sooner! They took all the headache away from me from viewings to end of tenancies all the way to regular inspections and deposits. I don't really get involved at all. I haven't had any gaps in tenants and the rent is always in on time with an emailed invoice so perfect for me. I would highly recommend them and would praise the whole office for looking after me and my property. Thanks and keep up the good work

I have just worked with Julia to let my property and Julia did a great job of finding a good tenant very quickly. She does a very thorough inventory and takes care of both landlord and tenant, providing us with a wealth of information on our roles. I would not hesitate to instruct Julia again.

As a landlord renting out property it can be an extremely stressful time so when I heard about Northwood guarantee letting scheme I made enquires, from the first phone call then through out the whole tenancy agreement Northwood have been absolutely fantastic, they have been professional, friendly and nothing has been too much trouble for them. I have now put a second property of mine on the guaranteed letting scheme as I am so happy with their service and I wouldn't consider renting any other way now. Finally as an Organisation Northwood value their customers, listen to their feedback and place their customers satisfaction at the heart of their business. I can not recommend this Organisation enough, they are brilliant.
