GoogleJon and team managed the rental of a property of mine in York for many years under their Guaranteed Rent Service. GoogleSo far so good. Agents were quick to get things done and communication from them definitely deserves 5 stars, I need to express how smooth and stress free everything was from their side too. House was exactly as described no hidden horrors, so far everything has been honest and we are enjoying our tenancy. We have had a bad experience in the past which has made us very hopeful about this company, having not noticed a single red flag yet. Hopefully there are no issues to come and if we choose to leave, hopefully that procedure will be as smooth as the move-in. 5 stars so far for Northwood!

Direct reviewsHaving dealt with numerous different letting agents from York during my search Jonathan was by far the friendliest and most helpful of them all. I (like many people I???m sure) have been struggling to find a property that will except a dog and after enquiring about one which turned out to be no longer available he of his own accord went away and contacted land lords of their other properties to see if they would consider pets and rang me back with an alternative property. On top of that as I???m currently based 1 1/2 hours away I was struggling to view during normal office hours around work so he even offered to do an out of hours viewing for me. Absolutely first class customer service and a credit to Northwood

Direct reviewsI am writing this review today to express just how pleased we were with the service provided by Northwood York, but more so, the exceptional service we received from Lettings Coordinator Donna Barnes. Donna was such a breath of fresh air for myself and my family, and she made the entire process from start to finish so smooth and stress-free. She was always so professional in her responses, and the timing of her responses, which eased my mind so much. Donna was kind, compassionate and selfless towards us, and I think her being a mum herself, allowed her to put herself in my shoes with certain situations. She was always willing to listen and give feedback, and we appreciated her so much. Whomever has the pleasure of getting Donna as their Lettings Coordinator after us, will definitely be pleased with what she brings to the table. I've been very happy with the service I've experienced from Northwood York. All the staff have been helpful, professional, and friendly. Catherine was very helpful when I was arranging the end of my tendency. Throughout my tendency. Geraldine has been very communicative regarding inspections and would ensure I was aware of her visits by texting as well as emailing. When I was viewing the property and when prospective tenants came to view the property while I was living there, Donna was always incredibly friendly. This made what are often quite awkward encounters very comfortable.
