Excellent tenant find service

I've been really happy with Northwood's services in finding me a tenant for my BTL flat. All the staff I've dealt with have been friendly and helpful, providing a great service. This gave me confidence and trust in their professionalism, and this was repaid by how quickly they found me a tenant, and kept me in the loop along the way. Fees were also very competitive and fair.

Maryanne, and indeed all the staff members I've spoken to, have been very helpful and very responsive. Our house was marketed quickly and the rental price suggested by Maryanne was achieved in a very short space of time. Helpful, responsive.

I have let my property through Northwood from late 2010. They have always found excellent tenants who treated the property extremely well, and always ensured prompt payment of rent. I travel a lot, so I paid for a high level of service - dealing with issues as they arose, when they were not able to contact me. This was expensive, but a real boon for someone in my situation. Every time I needed help or advice they were always quick and gave good advice. I would happily use their services again.

outstanding help in receiving a much needed item of post from my rented property

Maryanne assisted in receiving a much needed item of mail that had to be delivered to my rental property in York. Due to some unexpected complications in the process from the company sending the mail item, this effort from both the Micklegate branch & the tenant had to be repeated to ensure success.
