GoogleMy interest has been in a new development and since registering my interest I have been very impressed with the high level of customer service provided by Julie Griffiths and her colleagues. I'm resigned to having to do all the chasing nowadays whatever the issue. But from the initial enquiry which received a prompt response through to regular updates it has been a very positive experience. Not something I'm able to say very often!

GoogleLeanne has been amazing, sorted out all the issues posed by other parties and was always polite and patient. As a first time buyer she managed to make the experience alot less stressful that first imagined for me! Would Definately recommend. Also Jon (manager) i think was brilliant also! Great people to deal with!

GoogleOriginally we did not register with Nichol and Co. but in desperation we finally registered with them. We were immediatley impressed with the patience and professionalism of Paul Spregg abley assisted by Lucy Burtoft and this led us to securing a property with them. We then discovered the whole team at Droitwich seemed to have the same mindset. During the transaction Paul was available at all times no matter how small our query and the sale was completed to out total satisfaction.

GoogleSold our house recently with Nicol and Co. Viewings were arranged on the property before pictures even went online! We had to offers on and over the asking price within a few days. Sam was excellent from start to finish. We were regularly contacted with updates etc. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We have used other estate agents before but none of them came close to the service we have received from Nicol and Co! Overall we would recommend Sam and the team to anyone who wants a quick, well priced and stress free house sale.

FacebookNicol & Co, and in particular Leanne, have been outstanding throughout the process of my purchase. They weren’t even my estate agent and yet they still kept me informed almost every day. We had a few close calls in our chain when things could’ve fallen through, and I felt that Leanne fought harder than all the other professionals I dealt with. I heard more from her than my own estate agent and solicitor put together. Excellent service and if I ever need an estate agent in the future, I’ll be using Nicol & Co.

FacebookWe bought our house through Nicol & Co Droitwich and were very impressed from the start. We’ve had experiences before with AP Morgan and in comparison Nicol & Co was a far superior service! Sam Sturdy and Dan kept us up to date the entire way through, guided us with any help and advice they could offer, and we are now in our new home starting off with our gorgeous gift box from them Thank You Thank You!

Julie in the new land and homes department has been awesome - responsive, helpful, friendly and accommodating. From seeing the Nicol add on Facebook for the house, to calling Julie to view a property and having an offer accepted on a house took me all of 7 days. Top class service that lived up to company's great reputation. 5*

FacebookAt the beginning of the year my partner and I were considering putting our house up for sale - we did what everyone tells you not to and fell in love with another house before ours had even been put on screen!We called Nicol & Co and asked them to come round to carry out a valuation, within 24 hours Matt Bennett was on our door step ready to get the ball rolling. Less than a week later our house was on the market, online, with viewings booked in. Matt couldn't have been more helpful, he was honest about what would and wouldn't improve our chances for a quick sale - all of which was completely right! And within a day of it being on with Nicol & Co it was sold. Great first offer, that we accepted and now we live in our dream home!I couldn't be more grateful to Matt Bennett and his colleagues. No doubt about it, I wouldn't use any other estate agent again

FacebookThe staff of the Droitwich office have been absolutely excellent in dealing with the sale of my Mother's house. I have had to manage this from a distance and they have worked seamlessly as my agents in putting the house on the market, dealing with viewings, and progressing the sale having found a buyer. They have been a pleasure to work with and have been very good a keeping me informed at all stages of the process. I am very grateful.

FacebookA million and one thanks to all the staff at Nicol & Co in Droitwich in selling my property. It’s been a lengthy and difficult process which they have earnt every penny of their fee!! Having used them to sell my barn in Oddingley they were my first and only call to sell my property on Westlands. Thanks again all for your hard work and professionalism in getting this over the line. Would I recommend Nicol and Co to others and use them again? a hundred percent yes.
