View AgentsVery happy with the ongoing service & commitment from Nicol & Co staff
Nicol & Co have been my managing agent for the past two years and they have always been polite & courteous and handle all situations quickly & efficiently. They have grown tremendously since they started managing my property and I feel their attention to detail & overall customer service has improved dramatically. I am happy to recommend them as a managing agent.

I have nothing but praise for Nicol & Co regarding their management service. They have succeeded my expectations such as when informing me of any issues to be addressed, they have not only provided quotes of how much it would cost, which has always been reasonable, but have dealt with the suppliers on my behalf! They truly have earned their management fees from me. Big thanks to Rob, Rhiannon and all the staff.

View AgentsFirst class service with friendly staff.
Nicol and Co are the agents I use to manage a property I rent out. Their main strength is their staff who have always been friendly, polite and very efficient. Although we may not communicate often, whenever my tenants have a query or problem, I am kept fully informed and the staff at Nicol and Co are quick to resolve the issue. I couldn't fault the service they give me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicol and Co to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a property.

View AgentsExemplary service undertaken with Gusto
From the very first contact we knew we had made the right decision to instruct Nicol & Co Benito and his team have been most professional and went the extra mile. Within two weeks! all five of our houses in Hanbury were rented to professional people. All the checks were undertaken and we now have five happy families ready to start moving in. Benito kept us up to date daily and his visits with clients were most professional, informing us immediately of any comments by prospective tenants. We would recommend Nicol & Co to anybody wishing for a professional service

I would just like to say how very impressed I was with Amy Laura Hall. We were looking to possibly rent our home out so as to start a new adventure in the equestrian world. Amy arranged for our house to be valued with a view to renting it out in a very prompt, professional and friendly manner and although the property we were going after fell through at the time I would not hesitate to recommend Amy and Nicol and Co as the top Estate Agent. Kind regards JW

I use Nicol & co for my let property. I began using them a year ago & they are simply outstanding. Tom & his team are professional and caring to me and my tenants. Whenever I have needed to speak to them they are always available and provide excellent advice and care. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. I have peace of mind & love the fact they are a hard working team of local experts.

We have bought/sold and more recently rented out property through Nicol and Co. They are without exception brilliant at what they do. Having had such a great buying/selling experience we knew we would be in expert hands when it came to renting out our apartment. Tom is exceptionally customer focussed keeping us up to date with any changes/tenancy issues. He takes away the "stress" of renting out our property as we know everything will be dealt with promptly and efficiently - a real pleasure to work with
