GoogleThe service from everyone has been faultless from initial valuation through to exchange today. Dominique was brilliant at organising things (especially me) from the outset. The whole team have worked hard to find the right person to want my quirky cottage. Leanne Fletcher has been my sales progressor and has been delightfully cheerful and supportive, as well as thorough and efficient throughout the process. I'm very impressed - especially as I had been with two agents for the previous 9 months without success!

GoogleWe have recently just brought a property via Nicol and co. We were so impressed by the service from Leanne who kept us updated whenever possible. At the start we would get calls weekly with any update from Leanne. Any email would be answered within a couple of hours of sending it. I really do like the personal service we got, and it felt like they really did care!! I would without a doubt recommend this company to any sellers and I know we will be using them again. Thank you Leanne, we are so grateful for your hard work, without you this whole process would have been a lot more stressful.

Once a buyer has been found the additional services provided by Leanne in her role as sales progression and help with completing the legal requirements took the stress out of the process. The staff were patient and supportive throughout the sales negotiation.

Moving abroad with the family can be intimidating, and finding the right home can be a daunting task but the guidance received from Dominique assisted us in finding just the right place. GoogleAbsolutely outstanding I can’t fault the Worcester team at all. Especially Leanne as we had a difficult chain that came close to collapsing and if wasn’t for her hard work and persistence I’m sure we would have had a different outcome. Would happily recommend these guys to everyone!

GoogleFrom start to finish had excellent service. the staff friendly and helpful when ever I rang. in the final weeks Lianne did her best to keep us informed and was both professional and friendly. My daughter and son-in-law have used the Droitwich branch twice and recommended Nicol and Co to us. Would definitely recommend them.
