GoogleNicol and Co provided a great service whilst we were selling a house through them. The marketing and communication was spot and viewings were really well presented by the agent. My primary contact was Leanne who was excellent throughout the whole process ensuring I was kept fully up to speed with the developments of the sale. I would definitely recommend and use Nicil and Co again

GoogleNicol and Co were by far the most helpful estate agent we used and we used a lot! The team were very knowledgeable and gave us answers and information clearly and with great precision. Leanne Fletcher was incredible throughout the whole sale process which is an obviously stressful for time for most buyers and for us she made it calm and actually quite fun! Her communication skills were perfect and no question was too big or too small and she would always get back to us! I don’t intend on buying another property soon however if we did then I’d 100% want her to be a part of it again! Special thanks to Leanne and of course the Nicol and Co team!

GoogleI have just bought my first home and Leanne was always there for me, ready to answer my questions or to chase someone who could. All of my queries were swiftly taken care of, even after the completion. The degree of care, attention, professionalism and service is incredible and to a high standard. If I ever need a estate agent or to recommend one these guys are the ones I will go to! And the lovely hamper box I was given in the end was a plus! So gratifying to actually know that these people actually will tend for your needs and deliver something you cannot find everywhere. 5 STARS!!

From being proactive with what was available on the market, through to the viewings and eventually the purchase, the whole team were awesome. As potential buyers for a house that Nicol & Co showed us around we found their service from start to finish dreadful. From the phone call I made to book the appointment which nearly put me off going, to the rushed and unorganised viewing, to being put on the spot in front of the vendor to give feedback, to the follow up phone call where even after telling them the viewing wasn’t good I didn’t get an apology. In all the other dealings we’ve had with estate agents, we’ve been really happy with the phone calls and viewings.

GoogleWe have been fortunate enough to have had previous experience of Nicol and Co Estate Agents when buying our house a couple of years back. They were the only agents that we were registered with that we genuinely felt were actually trying to find us the family home we were seeking. John Powel in particular was awesome and found us exactly what we were looking for and after a bit of a bidding war, we got the property we wanted in the location we were looking for. This time around I was selling a property and have enjoyed a similarly positive experience from start to finish. From the initial valuation and throughout the viewings, the advice and contact that was kept between myself and the agents at Nicol and Co was first class. Once a proceedable offer was accepted, I must make mention of Nicol and Co’s Sales Progressor Leanne Fletcher who kept in touch daily with me via email and phone call to keep me up to date with the progress of the sale. Without her tenacity and dedication very possibly making a nuisance of herself to the buyers solicitors, I do not expect we would have got the deal completed as swiftly as we did. So, having bought and sold a property with Nicol and Co, I think I am well placed to whole heartedly recommend their professionalism, dedication and customer service. I genuinely believe they are the very best at what they do. Thanks Team!

GoogleAs a first time buyer I was naturally quite wary of the whole buying process. Nicol & Co dispelled the myths I have heard about Estate Agents, Leanne communicated at least once a week to update everyone and was really helpful throughout. She was never difficult to get hold of and did everything possible to ensure the move was pushed through quickly and hassle free. I would recommend Nicol & Co.

Alex answered all our questions and clearly had detailed knowledge of the property and the vendors. She made us feel at ease and wasn't trying to unduly influence our opinion of the house. We have no hesitation in recommending Alex, and Nicol & Co., based on our experience.

GoogleFantastic set up with extremely helpful staff, Every part of the process they have got right if your looking for an estate agent this is the place to go. We sold our house and bought a house in droitwich from nicol and co. Its always going to be stressful selling a house. Sam was always in contact with us in regards to how the progress was going between the solicitors and helped get everything pushed through. She really excels in taking the strain of moving away from yourself. We also bought through Nicol and co and you always picture an estate agent to be pushy but this is certainly not the case, they have really set the standards high. They let you look round the house with no pressure and give you as much information as they can. If they dont have it they will come back to you. Shaun was really helpful throughout and showed us round the house we finally bought! A great service all round

From the first moment of contact we were impressed with Dan Sullivan for the time he took to explain the procedure from beginning to end, we also appreciated the texts informing us of potential buyers coming to view the property and feedback. GoogleSold our house recently with Nicol and Co. Viewings were arranged on the property before pictures even went online! We had to offers on and over the asking price within a few days. Sam was excellent from start to finish. We were regularly contacted with updates etc. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We have used other estate agents before but none of them came close to the service we have received from Nicol and Co! Overall we would recommend Sam and the team to anyone who wants a quick, well priced and stress free house sale.
