Making everything clear and understandable, they kept me informed the whole way and were great at keeping everything moving as both parties wanted a quick sale. Their recommended partner solicitors MFG were also very good.

GoogleI have just began renting my first property with Nicol & Co Letting Agency. I was able to view the property soon after I expressed my interest, and Henry was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had at the viewing, as well as resolving any concerns I had throughout the renting process. Additionally, Samantha managed to rectify a problem I had with my rent payment schedule, for which I am thankful. Considering I was worried about renting my first property, the staff at Nicol & Co have made it a smooth and simple process. Thank you!

A big part of that was thanks to Dan Westwood who persevered and listened to our needs suggesting different houses until we found the one. GoogleWhen we decided to sell our property we invited a number of local Agents round. The service proposition and understanding of the local property market presented to us by Dominique was head and shoulders above the other Agents. The marketing material produced was of a high quality and really did represent our property well, it would have certainly contributed to a sale on the third viewing. The service provided by Nicole & Co includes regular updates on the chain, negating the need to call our Solicitor. Another great service is assistance to complete the daunting property questionnaire, this was done on an evening in our home. Having someone guide you through and explain the questions definitely helps. This ensured everything was ready to present to our Solicitor once we accepted our offer. When looking for our new home we engaged with Gemma, who understood our requirements in terms of what our next property needed to offer. She sent through relevant properties that met our requirements, as opposed to other Agents who we registered our interest with, despite spending time explaining what we were looking for they sent us details of properties which were not suitable. I suspect we were just added to a mailing list and received everything regardless of suitability. You have to expect selling and buying a property to be stressful, however I am convinced this is reduced when you partner with the likes Nicole & Co. I would, without question, recommend the services of Nicole & Co based on my experience.

From the first communication with Olivia Taylor my enquiries were handled efficiently, professionally and always with a friendly manner. I have received regular updates by Olivia as to the progress of my application, and at very short notice, my tenancy was secured in time for me to move in before Christmas. Selling isn’t easy these days and Estate Agents don’t always get a good name but I can only speak highly of the excellent service I’ve received from the Worcester Branch of Nicol & Co. I’m very glad I chose to go with them. From the outset I found everyone to be really professional, efficient, to work hard at selling my house and willing to listen to my own requirements and concerns. Dominique’s accurate, realistic, well placed valuation and her tips on how to present the house to it’s best advantage, got us off to a good start. The photo’s and online presence were excellent and updated regularly. The selling team are too many to name but they all worked really well together and kept going till they found the right buyer for me. Tom clinched the deal. Good follow up during the conveyancing is absolutely essential and Leanne is a master at the game, patient, diplomatic and persistent. There is also help on offer with completing the various Sellers’ enquiries forms and this speeds up the process. So, to sum up, I found the service to be personal, professional and tenacious. I found the team to be a pleasure to work with and I’m more than happy to recommend the Worcester office to other people. Thank you. 4/10/18

Right from the beginning and throughout the whole process of our purchase she was always the one to provide regular updates, chase everyone when needed and her assistance in our purchase has been immeasurable! Without her involvement I doubt we would be completing when we are, as she was the one constantly pushing everything along, which has been a massive help in the process! I would highly recommend hers and Nicol & Co’s services to anyone!

They have taken the stress out of selling and buying. I would like to thank Scott Hyde and all the folks at Nichol&Co for excellent service. I must edit my review to thank Leanne Fletcher for her brilliant after sales support. It takes a load off knowing there is someone chasing up solicitors for me. She regularly updated me all the way up to exchange and beyond.

GoogleDan Westwood showed us a property that had just come on the market and we hadn’t booked an appointment for. It just so happened to be the our first home, it was if he knew it would be ideal for us; showing us that Nicol & Co really want to help you in a purchase and are personable. He was not pushy at all and was friendly and open to all questions. This was nice to experience as often estate agents have been quite cold. He has been very helpful, attentive and welcoming both in-person and via all communications. Everything has been very smooth. We would recommend Nicol & Co!

Everyone we have dealt with, either over the phone or in the office has been pleasant, courteous and efficient. A special mention must go to Leanne Fletcher. She has been consistently professional and reliable throughout the process of selling our property whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. She kept us regularly informed and updated by phone and email. She was very effective in dealing with everyone in the chain and was particularly proactive in communicating with all the other professional agencies involved.

GoogleJust bought my first property through Nicol & Co Worcester. Tom handled my first viewing and offer, he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Leanne then handled the sales progression and was a real credit to the firm. Leanne always answered calls and emails promptly and put up with my endless questions. She also gave me all the updates I needed on what was quite a difficult chain! Overall a great experience - highly recommend this Estate Agency.
