GoogleBought house via Nicol and Co - first offer in September and completed in January. Leanne Fletcher (sales progressor) did a great job of keeping things moving and making sure I was kept up to date as things moved along. It was helpful to have someone else doing the chasing!

GoogleHi anyone who has moved, or are the just starting the process will soon realise just how frustrating it all is. Luckily the team at Worcester were absolutely first class and true experts in there field. Leanne was especially helpful with no tasks being to much trouble, she answered the phone on many occasion with the attitude that no question is stupid, just a very calm and helpful lady putting my fears at bay. GoogleGreat experience with the Sales Progression team at Worcester - Leanne was in contact from the moment my offer was accepted on a property. She kept me updated regularly and quickly ironed out any issues as they arose. In her absence she was covered by Odette who was equally efficient. Excellent job by them both - thank you!!! Was also greeted with a hamper on collecting my keys - a welcome surprise and a nice touch!! Would highly recommend.

FacebookHaving sold my Mother’s house recently through Nicol and Co’s Droitwich office I can highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and organised during every aspect of the sale. They regularly kept in contact and up- dated me. Importantly, they also responded rapidly to any questions I had and provided me with the answers.I particularly would like to mention Dan who was so proactive in finding a buyer for the house even before it had officially gone on the market , Robin who was so accurate and informed in her valuation and Evie who kept me notified of the progress every step of the way.This is the easiest house sale I have experienced and I would without doubt choose Nicol and Co again. They were excellent.

GoogleThe team at Droitwich in particular Matt Baker did a fantastic job at selling my mother’s house. They always kept us up to date with what was going on. Matt’s negotiating skills resulted in a very good price. They are not the cheapest but they did earn their money.

GoogleWe had a long and complicated sale due to an earlier chain breaking down. However, you have kept in constant contact. Matt Bennett especially has helped immensely in the process. He had a calm friendly approach throughout and was able to reassure us when negotiations were at a delicate stage. All the other Sales Specialists and support staff also made an important contribution and made us feel valued.

GoogleFantastic set up with extremely helpful staff, Every part of the process they have got right if your looking for an estate agent this is the place to go. We sold our house and bought a house in droitwich from nicol and co. Its always going to be stressful selling a house. Sam was always in contact with us in regards to how the progress was going between the solicitors and helped get everything pushed through. She really excels in taking the strain of moving away from yourself. We also bought through Nicol and co and you always picture an estate agent to be pushy but this is certainly not the case, they have really set the standards high. They let you look round the house with no pressure and give you as much information as they can. If they dont have it they will come back to you. Shaun was really helpful throughout and showed us round the house we finally bought! A great service all round

GoogleI've known Matt Nicol Owner of Nicol and Co for years. You'd think that when i decided to sell my Investment property that He'd be the first person I'd call. I decided against that knowing what a busy man he is and to be honest what was he going to do for me. He would of delegated and asked a team member to assist as thats what i would of done. So when i picked up the phone and asked for Nicol and Co to represent me in my sale. Matt Bennett - Senior Sales Specialist was at hand. It was as simple as riding a bike in the park with this guy. He turned up assessed the property - did all the neccessaries. I did not once go into their offices through this whole transaction from begining to end. He came to me. I believe that the technology that Nicol and Co use to showcase properties is phenomenal and i can candidly say that its was the first time i've seen such 3d representation of my property. I know this is what sold my Investment Property within a week. The team as a whole have been fantastic and Matt Bennett - without to many details - has been an absolute top class Humble, polite and trustworthy estate agent. Raj Patel

Me and my partner were first time buyers and this is all very new to us but Dan Westwood really helped us in trying to find a new house, by giving regular phone calls/ emails to myself to ask how we are getting on and let us know of any new properties that have come on the market. Very easy company to deal with, again I would highly recommend.

Really greatful for the help from the team, especially Paul and Matt in showing us round lots of properties, and Sam for helping us with the sales progression. All staff have been great in all areas and I would definitely recommend Nicol and co. I would also highly recommend Nick the mortgage advisor, he has been a fantastic help throughout.

We have In particular received outstanding customer service from Coral who has without a doubt been a huge support to us throughout the process. Coral has always been happy to answer any queries and has responded promptly which has relieved stress from the process and in particular supported us with queries surrounding Help to Buy. In addition, Neil has played a key part in our experience and it was clear that from the outset Neil has a years of knowledge and expertise that I believe has also supported us and filled us with confidence that Nicol and Co was the right choice! I am a huge advocate of Nicol and Co and I would recommend them to use for your house purchase! Nicol and Co work for you and are a huge support network throughout the entire process!
