GoogleGemma was very proactive in trying to find us a suitable property and was in regular contact with us when possible properties were coming onto the market. Whilst we didn't find a property through Nicol and Co., I was very impressed by the efforts that Gemma made and would certainly recommend her and the agency.

GoogleFor the second time we have used Nicol and Co Estate agents and as before the service has been excellent .The whole team have been very helpful at all times but I would like to thank Leanne Fletcher for keeping us up to date at all times and following everything through and Dominique for helping us by being so proactive when guiding our buyer through the process so that all things ran so smoothly overcoming some difficult hurdles that would have caused most chains to crumble .I would recommend service very highly and would use Nicol and Co again if I needed an agent in the future.Thank you very much Jean Clutterbuck

GoogleFrom 1st contact to wrapping up the sale all the Nicol & Co staff were 1st rate. Making everything clear and understandable, they kept me informed the whole way and were great at keeping everything moving as both parties wanted a quick sale. Their recommended partner solicitors MFG were also very good.

GoogleWe had quite a complicated sale and purchase, which was handled so, so well by Leanne at the Worcester office. Not one was I left wondering what was going on - communication was brilliant. Everything was handled sensitively, with kindness and great humour. I highly recommend them.

GoogleWe first dealt with Dominique when we decided to sell our house in Worcester, she was excellent and explained that once the sales process started Leanne would take over and would keep us updated all the way. Have to say Leanne did just that, she was superb and called us at least once a week to advise on progress and obviously more frequently as we got nearer to exchange and completion. Leanne was totally professional and a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe went to view a property and a week later in the process of letting. The service has been excellent with Juri and easy. I have moved several times in the last couple of years and this was the easiest by miles. Not to mention the complimentary concierge service. Organising utilities without us having to do a thing. Very happy customer!
