Everyone was very friendly, always working hard to assist us. I would also like to say a special thanks to Dan Westwood for giving us the right advice to find the perfect house and for guiding us through the whole process. Thank you all so much ! GoogleI would like to thank Alexandra Bennett for the kind assistance when viewing and helping with everything throughout the purchasing stages. She was calm and had a friendly comforting approach. Unfortunately I did not purchase the property that I intended due to other circumstances but I would like to thank Nicol & Co for being helpful as I am a first time buyer and I intend to use them in the future to find a different house.

GoogleWe have been impressed with the service provided by all at Nicol & Co of Worcester. Everyone we have dealt with, either over the phone or in the office has been pleasant, courteous and efficient. A special mention must go to Leanne Fletcher. She has been consistently professional and reliable throughout the process of selling our property whilst maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. She kept us regularly informed and updated by phone and email. She was very effective in dealing with everyone in the chain and was particularly proactive in communicating with all the other professional agencies involved.

GoogleVery pleased with the service we received from Nicol and Co during the purchase of a flat. Tom facilitated the negotiation between the seller and ourselves professionally and Leanne then managed the sale process with regular pro-active communication to all parties throughout the transaction. Leanne also consistently responded quickly and positively to all communications and requests that we made, including getting access to the property when we needed it and arranging for utility meter readings to be taken. Their responsiveness and good communication skills were very important to delivering this sale which was complicated by the fact that we were overseas with a significant time difference throughout much of the process. Well done and thanks.

My house sold the first time within a few days but through no fault of their own fell through, and they had it back on the market and sold for a second time within a week. Leanne Fletcher was lovely throughout the whole process, extremely professional, kept everything moving and provided regular updates.

GoogleHi anyone who has moved, or are the just starting the process will soon realise just how frustrating it all is. Luckily the team at Worcester were absolutely first class and true experts in there field. Leanne was especially helpful with no tasks being to much trouble, she answered the phone on many occasion with the attitude that no question is stupid, just a very calm and helpful lady putting my fears at bay. GoogleGreat experience with the Sales Progression team at Worcester - Leanne was in contact from the moment my offer was accepted on a property. She kept me updated regularly and quickly ironed out any issues as they arose. In her absence she was covered by Odette who was equally efficient. Excellent job by them both - thank you!!! Was also greeted with a hamper on collecting my keys - a welcome surprise and a nice touch!! Would highly recommend.

FacebookHaving sold my Mother’s house recently through Nicol and Co’s Droitwich office I can highly recommend them. They were professional, efficient and organised during every aspect of the sale. They regularly kept in contact and up- dated me. Importantly, they also responded rapidly to any questions I had and provided me with the answers.I particularly would like to mention Dan who was so proactive in finding a buyer for the house even before it had officially gone on the market , Robin who was so accurate and informed in her valuation and Evie who kept me notified of the progress every step of the way.This is the easiest house sale I have experienced and I would without doubt choose Nicol and Co again. They were excellent.
