From my first initial enquiry and then follow up calls after viewing a property, then subsequent calls with further matches of potential properties to suit. I have mostly dealt with Dan who has been professional and helpful. He has followed up with further information I have requested in a courteous, professional and enthusiastic manner. A refreshing change. I have previously dealt with Matt Nicol in his earlier years and have seen the company grow. How lovely that his staff have maintained his ethos for being genuine, trustworthy and pleasant. Well done to all I have had contact with over the last few months.

FacebookThe service provided by Nicol & Co was excellent. From initial meetings with Zoe, it took just over a week to get the house photographed and on the market. We had an asking price offer less than 24 hours after the advert going live and finally sold the house for £10k over asking price. The support and communication from Zoe and the team during the sale was brilliant. Once the offer had been formally accepted, Leanne took over and worked her magic, driving through the sale and keeping us updated. I really appreciated the support from Leanne, chasing solicitors and buyers further down our chain, she really deserves a medal for her efforts I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

GoogleI am moving to Worcester from London so I got in touch with Nicol & Co's Henry and Olivia to help me find a place which I can call home with my family. We had several viewings in one day and at the end of the day we were happy to have found a place we liked. Henry and Olivia were very helpful, professional and answered all our questions and put us to ease. We are looking forward to moving into our new home soon.

GoogleIn my opinion of Zoe is that she is a very pleasant and positive person and kept her promise and sold our property at a acceptable price. Everything went like clockwork and she kept us up to date with everything so that we knew where we stood,and we are both pleased that we chose Nichol&co to get the job done. GoogleLeanne Fletcher at Nicol & Co. was very helpful through out the house buying process. Unfortunate the chain broke down and after a month of negotiations, we walked away from the sale. Would be happy to use Nicol & Co. in the future.
