GoogleHenry at Nicol and Co was absolutely brilliant! From the first phone call to arrange the viewing, to keeping me informed of any changes or just little updates through the whole process - completely fantastic! Will definitely be recommending to anyone that is looking to move.

GoogleThe service provided by Nicol and Co was professional throughout. Dominique considered all of my family's needs when putting the house on the market. I was able to talk to her and the rest of the team throughout the selling process. And I am happy to say an offer was made and accepted within 24 hours of the property going live. Once offers were made Leanne was amazing at following through with the sales process and kept me updated throughout the process. There were some challenges as expected but Leanne dealt with everything and remained thorough, calm and supportive throughout. I would highly recommend the team.

GoogleJust bought our first home through Nicol and Co Worcester. The staff there have been great. Dominique did our first viewing and put our offer to the vendors. She was fantastic. Leanne managed the sales process and was equally fantastic, ensuring we were kept up to date throughout. Upon completion we also received a gorgeous hamper bursting with useful and thoughtful things to eat and clean with; we went straight to the property so this was invaluable (especially toilet roll and kitchen towel!). All in all a great service highly recommended.

FacebookGreat service from Nicol &co . Special thanks to Leanne who was instrumental in pushing through the sale. It took 4 months to complete the sale on our empty flat mainly thanks to our conveyances Avrillo who were pretty useless. Communication was non existent. You had to book when you could call them and then they couldn’t take the call. If it wasn’t for Leanne who communicated with the vendors solicitor we would still be at it now!Nicol & co always professional and nothing to much trouble. Strongly recommend!

GoogleVery professional throughout. Tom was on the case the whole time and secured us a buyer within 2 weeks of going on the market. He then proceeded to keep hold of them until they had sold their property. Our buyers commented that one of the reasons they bought our house was Tom!!!! Highly recommended.

FacebookNicol and Co, in particular Matt and Sam, have been very helpful in selling our house. We experienced a few hiccups along the way, through no fault of Nicol and Co, and they helped us progress through the sale as smoothly as possible. Much appreciated and would recommend!
