Have been kept well informed every step of the way on viewings, offers,progress etc. Have been selling the property as executors and have not had to worry about anything.John Powell and Leanne and all the staff have been excellent. GoogleThis time last month my partner and I were considering putting our house up for sale - we did what everyone tells you not to and fell in love with another house before ours had even been put on screen! We called Nicol & Co and asked them to come round to carry out a valuation, within 24 hours Matt Bennett was on our door step ready to get the ball rolling. Less than a week later our house was on the market, online, with viewings booked in. Matt couldn't have been more helpful, he was honest about what would and wouldn't improve our chances for a quick sale - all of which was completely right! And within a day of it being on with Nicol & Co it was sold. Great first offer, that we excepted and now we are moving into our dream home! I couldn't be more grateful to Matt Bennett and his colleagues. No doubt about it, I wouldn't use any other estate agent again.

GoogleVery professional and friendly (very rare) service , we always felt that we are well looked after and important to them despite quite rocky road to completion (we sold our house three times!). Entire team at Nicol & Co were always very helpful and ready to provide best advise...and calm our nerves down when required - all in all 10/10! We would like to thank John, Natasha,Paul and Leanne for their service , big thanks !

GoogleWe've just bought our new house through Nicol & Co and, having bought many houses over the years, I must say their service was outstanding. Starting with Gemma's quick witted intelligence in bringing this house to our attention, having shown us over one that didn't appeal ; and then Leanne's regular chasing of progress. But especially impressive was Matt Nicol's readiness to be personally involved and available at all hours and to get stuck in to real effect when things were going haywire. Very well done!

FacebookWe first met Dominique on Good Friday and we sold and bought a day and a half later, on Easter Sunday. What other estate agents are available to take calls on a bank holiday? none that I am aware of and this is why we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nicol & Co. Leanne then took over and made the process as easy as possible. It was a little difficult towards the end which was out of their control but Leanne was always in contact with us throughout the whole process. Towards the end she pulled out all of the stops and made the chains preferred completion date a reality. It was great work from the whole team at Nicol & Co. If you’re thinking of using them, to sell your house, or to buy a house through them, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleHave recently brought our first home using Nicol and Co and from the start they were so helpful. Leanne was always there to check on how we were or if we had any questions. She made a very stressful life passage a bit easier as we had someone there to help . She was very reliable and always returned our calls and emails. A massive thank you to Leanne and the team. Facebook"Purchased a house in Malvern from a developer who was selling them through Nicol & Co. Initially they were ok but we had a problem with communication with the developer and the owner Matt Nichol said he would deal on our behalf. What followed was 3 months of shocking customer service, constant chasing and basically being fobbed off by Mr Nicol. When I informed Mr Nichol that I did not like being treated in this manner he disappeared never to be heard from again. The sale proceeded through o completion - largely in part to us doing all the chasing and leg work - something you would expect an estate agent to do! If you look through their previous reviews this company is fine when things are running smoothly - as soon as a problem is flagged up they go into melt-down. If the boss don't care how do you expect his staff to... Personally I think there are far better, more professional estate agents in Worcester!"

GoogleFirst year as a landlord and service I have received from Nicol & Co has been an experience I am proud to share and be an advocate of the business. Always friendly and quick to action which I find rare in most companies I deal with on a day to day, I feel the staff take accountability very seriously which to me shows their pride and passion. I personally have always dealt with Colette, who has delivered the customer service experience I have had in years. Professional, prompt and extremely knowledge in all aspects of her role. This company for lettings cannot come more highly rated for myself and I feel anywhere else would only be your loss.

GoogleLeanne Fletcher was fantastic. My solicitor was extremely slow at getting back to me and Leanne continuously chased them up for me. She was really persistent and I don't think things would have been done as quick without her help. Other staff at nicol and co including Matt Bennett who dealt with our purchase were also very helpful, replying to emails and getting things done for us.
