GoogleThis company is absolutely shocking there communication is terrible I have enquirer about several properties that have clearly advertised pets allowed/ considered & they message me back saying no pets?? Staff are rude & not helpful in any way. I really think whoever is the manager you need to have a good look at your staff issues. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

YellAVOID - bad people just stealing £40
Very nice until I had paid them the £40 for referencing when I was mostly just shouted at by Nicola. Promised call backs not received. Told me that my current Landlady had not supplied a reference so that my application failed, which my Landlady denies and I now keep that reference in writing, myself. Told "We have a number of applicants, anyway". My credit references are exceptional, I owe my Landlady not one penny and I am the perfect tenant. So why have I been treated like dirt by this agent? Win, win for my current Landlord. Chartered Manager Credit Manager Counsellor - specialising in victims of CRIME, child victims, victims of DV and minorities. And likes to create beautiful gardens.

YellDo not buy or sell your house with them
They are totally unprofessional, rude and look down at people. I wanted to purchase a property in cash and was made to feel I was doing something wrong. Didn’t get my property because they told the owner I was unsuitable. I put in the asking price and cash buyer. The property went to someone with a lower offer. If I was selling my house I would want the asking price. Get as much as I can. MMP totally useless agency. Very poor staff and management

Avoid - no care for their client. Item went missing from the house. They handed over the keys to someone to go to the property unaccompanied and only agreed to pay to replace the item once my solicitor contacted them. No apology.
