GoogleWe used MMP to buy our new Welsh home. The staff have all been so helpful and informative. They have kept us updated at all times and we even got a beautiful bouquet of flowers when we picked up our keys. Highly recommend this agent.

GoogleVery efficient service. Even managed to hurry up the sellers solicitors along when they were dragging thier feet. Very impressed and happy with MMP Newtown.

GoogleMMP Newtown? I can say confidently they are the most professional team of Estate Agents that I have dealt with, and over the past 9 years, I had dealings with 8 different Agents but none compare to the high standards of efficiency, care and helpfulness of MMP Newtown. Then on completion of my purchase, I received a beautiful bouquet and a Congratulations card card signed by everyone. I just wish my solicitors had worked to the same standards!

GoogleThe staff at MMP have been most helpful throughout the process of finding a suitable property for my parents, and arranging the purchase to go through smoothly. Huw in particular has been amazing. He has gone over and above his duties to help. He opened up the property innumerable times so I could design a small renovation for my parents. We had very tight deadlines and with his assistance met these. Can’t recommend highly enough

GoogleDidn't actually do much and were very slow when they did!

GoogleExcellent service from the staff at MMP's Llanidloes office when I sold a property in the town. Good documentation led to plenty of viewers and an early offer from the purchaser. And when a snag turned up, MMP solved it in 24 hours.

GoogleContacted via phone this morning. To speak to someone about letting a property. The woman on the end of the phone was damn right rude. Immediately shot me down as soon as I said it was 2 couples, didnt listen to the fact that we have children. She immediately cut me off mid sentence and informed me that this was a family property not a property share. A family home is exactly what we wanted as we are all professionals, looking for somewhere to share and enjoy family times together. Would not deal with this branch ever again. Unless the individual in question was delt with appropriately. I thought people skills and listening would be a requirement of this sort of job but obviously being rude and ignorant is what Morris Marshall and Poole employ!!
