GoogleI found everyone at MMP really friendly and approachable from first time we went to view the house to the day we picked the key to our first home. Bethany and Paul were the main two people I was in contact with during the purchase, they were prompt and efficient in communicating and were kind to recommend great local professionals for surveys. All in all glad that I went through the purchase process with them.

GoogleI have been dealing with MMP as Executor of an Estate, where the main home was close to their office. I live miles away and was unable myself to undertake any of the normal tasks the homeowner would normally do. I cannot praise Paul and his team highly enough for everything they have done to finally secure the sale. They definitely went well above what would normally be expected in terms of the service and support provided. I am very grateful indeed.

We are still waiting for our bond to be returned having left a property 5 weeks ago with the promise of the full amount to be returned.There is a legal requirement for them to have repaid this to us within 7 days.Clearly contractual obligations dont apply to these people.Also at the time we reported the oil tank gauge to be faulty having topped the oil at the end of winter. No effort has been made to reimburse that amount either.A hick company in a hick town!

It all started so well: A great first phone call to arrange to see a house and we were met there the following day by a very helpful member of staff who did a brilliant job of showing us around. We loved it and made an offer - for more than the asking price - on the spot with the condition it was taken off the market and no more viewings.We chased the office after 48 hours to be told the seller wanted to continue showing the house. This left us confused as to where we stood, so we asked the question.We never did find out. Very poor communication from someone senior the following week included a one-word email ("noted") followed later with the slightly more garrulous "I note your comments. I do not agree with them and will notify our client that your offer is withdrawn."His intervention was a masterclass in alienating highly motivated buyers and he couldn't have been a greater contrast to his colleague. And, at the time, we were still the only people to make an offer...

Avoid - no care for their client. Item went missing from the house. They handed over the keys to someone to go to the property unaccompanied and only agreed to pay to replace the item once my solicitor contacted them. No apology.

GoogleVery helpful and accommodating all the way through the purchase process and even afterwards in contacting the seller on my behalf. I don't think I would have got my house without their help due to issues in the chain but they liaised with the seller on my behalf to keep my offer on the table while the process ground on slowly. Highly recommended.
