Morris, Marshall & Poole is, without doubt, the best Estate Agent my family and I have ever used. The members of staff are the most decent, reliable and professional people we have encountered across every move we have made and we would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Although elements of our sale, due solely to another agent & our solicitor, became extremely stressful, it was made possible to navigate thanks to the amazing staff at MMP, particularly the incredible Bethany Harding. They were always there, were genuinely caring and did their utmost for us all the way through the process. Through MMP, we have found what we hope to be our forever home and we couldn't be happier or more grateful. We send our sincere thanks and warmest good wishes to all. When the time comes for our children to buy or rent, we will go straight to Morris, Marshall & Poole.

A professional company who know their stuff and work hard for both seller and buyer. Exact are in the process of completing the sale of my property in Knowle. I cannot say I have had a long relationship with the company and individuals because from going on the market to an agreed sale has taken less than a week and I had several offers to consider! My initial interaction was with Jacob who visited to value my property. Aside from being courteous and professional his knowledge of the area and data surrounding the agreed valuation was exceptional. Most reassuring and he was correct in all the key points he put forward. The ladies who visited to measure and photograph the property were efficient and professional and the in-house sales team have provided swift and concise feedback. If someone suggests Exact are too big a company to sell your property with and they will not provide you with a local service they are wrong. A local, personal experience is what I have received to date and I would highly recommend using their services.
